Hell I missed a lot of amazing shots by you. Especially those bike shots are really sweet. Love that bw tone in them and the shiny reflections on the last one.
The s4 is so nice. You really seem to like that car do you? Really very well executed shot which shows the car how it is. Powerfull and great looking.

Keep it up!

U know I love the S4, and coming from U... oh my!!
This one is quite good mate, I like that reflections a lot, and so the camera position. The fact of having "no" blur makes me like it a little more, don´t know why, but maybe its because the realistic look the shot has.
Congrats once again C_F, next update please?!

nicely done yet again!!! i'll be trying out the process as soon as i get a new usb stick. great work! keep em coming.

Whoops, missed your TT update. So good, they all look great. Very good use of B&W and I really like the effect on the second shot. Awesome work.

I love the S4 shot, really well done just like the others. My favourite prat of the shot is the reflections on the window. I like how you can see the building tops and it's not just a straight line. Very cool, looking good in B&W.
Love you work and look forward to more C_F goodness. 👍

I really love your shot C_F the reflection on the windscreen is great and the way the car stands out from the backround is great:tup:

Looking forward to next update:D

Thanks freddy:) I like the S4 as it's the first car I tried when I got my DFP :D Thanks for the compliments on the TT shots. you can take a look at my TT gallery (link is in my signature) although I haven't updated it in a while.

Thanks drift. I was pleased with how the reflections came out when I 'cleaned' them a bit.

Thanks tommi:)

I pulled this one from the Renault shoot/update I did back in December (https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showpost.php?p=2506580&postcount=879).

I love the lighting and the work you have done on the latest update.

Now that's awesome work.
It would be near perfect if the tyres weren't standing still.
But the rest of the work is a beauty. The lighting, the soft look, the colors, the curved blur (how the hell do you guys do that?), the cleaning of the car (what did you ise to clean it?), and most of all, the extra touch of realism, the headlights and foglights, which are PERFECT. 👍
How do you process them to look like that? It looks so real!

+rep for this one, Cod.

 can u talk me thru the curved blur on the background, specially the road please? i need to find that guide that alex posted a long time ago. i think i have it on my bookmarks. anyways that's some awesome work right there mate!!

Thats one hell of shot!! The blur is brutal!! U know how to make things real good, and this one is no exception.👍

amazing shot as usual :). The blur really adds a lot of action to the pic.

keep up the good work :D:tup:

Glad you liked this one guys. I didn't use a curved blur though, just a regular radial blur. The radial blur is very light (I believe I set the blur amount to 12) and I just approximated where the vanishing point was.

nice one, I love the action in it. the headlights are very well too:tup:

Amazing again!

To write something different I could say I love the Dodge Ram a lot. Well I hate trucks, but that pics seems to a be a dinosaur with so menacing shapes. The soft focus of the rest of images is interesting too, because the car didn't lose definition. I guess you're using even a more complex editting methods than usually :D.

The wide version of TT pics are still catching my eye hehe.

Thats a cool shot, I also like the the sense of action and speed it gives off, especially with the car leaning with all the weight transfer. And the radial blur you did worked to perfection.

I like the shadows in the corners too, it makes your eyes move straight to the car.

Thanks guys:D

For the next update I decided to play around with GT4 and also follow the lead of a few other guys on here who have made some recent artistic updates.

The first I call confusion. The second is Melting.

the third.. well, that's just a basic shot;) It's a bit sloppy, but it had good intentions:D

"confusion"

"melting"

"confusion" was taken at a shutter speed of 1/4000th. Kinda cool how it came out.

You could have entered the 'artistic' comp a couple of weeks ago with any of those 2.
1st is just plain gorgeous, it reminds me of Pollock's paintings, it even has those little embossed lines that resemble paint threads, and the colors you got are beautiful. How did you do that with max shutter speed?

2nd is smoooooth. At first glance it reminded me of M3_CSL's entry on the artistic comp. Yours is a bit smoother and even the tones are sort of relaxing.

3rd is a drifting monster. Dude, that car looks even bigger in your shot.
Good blur, excellent detail on the car's front, looks very real. Great tones as always, and the reflections are mostly excellent.
The only things that aren't working well is the smoke (the way it is scattered makes it look fake), and the reflections on the windshield, because they look more like stains than reflections, maybe if you got rid of them (drastic) it would make the shot look even better. 👍

Renault: Awesome, just awesome. The perfect C_F shot. I really like the colour and tone of this image. The car really stands out from the BG, the angle is superb, makes the car look aggressive yet graceful drifting round the bend.
Great blur and spot on with the vignetting as always.

"confusion": Like Beerz asked, how did you get that will full shutter? What car is it, I was going to say Ford GT. It is hard to tell though.
It's a really neat picture, it's kind of mesmerizing to look at it. Like one of those pictures where you stare at it and see something else.

"melting": I love this shot, very smooth looking. The colour and contrast is nice on the eye too. Lovely shot C_F.

300C Drifting: I really like this shot, the signature C_F colour and tone with your low saturated look. You don't see it too often but you pull it off really well.
Looks clean and the blur is very well done.
The smoke looks like it is coming off the front tyres which makes it look like the car is getting loads of under steer. Still, very cool shot.

Once again, lovely updates. I always enjoy coming here, keep up the stunning work mate. 👍

All of those shots i didn't see are f** great. The renault is just as sweet as possible. Also the arty shots are really interesting and nice at once. The 300C looks really smooth and menacing. Especially the rims look great in it.

hey. that renault maxi turbo is really neat, great angle just like the 300C. in all, very good action shots.

I love those artistic shots Cod, especially the first, try and sell that one for money! BTW: How was the original 300C picture? Is it rather good textured?

Great job on the Renault, the blur looks very good.

The other 3 pics are nice too.

Thanks guys. Glad you liked the shots:) The two 'artsy' shots are of the 300C. I did the same procedure that Moglet had outlined recently, focus at a point on the ground in front of the camera and then take a picture of the car. In the case of 'confusion' a 1/60th shot was just a total blur. I kept creeping up in shutter speed and that's what I got at 1/4000th. I just did an auto contrast and auto colour in PS and that is the final product.

the second shot was taken from above the car at 1/60th.

Bram; the car in that colour is horribly textured. I'm pretty sure it's the same in other colours, but in the vanilla it was bad. I cleaned up the third shot a bit and then just blurred the whole darn thing a bit when I got tired of cleaning;)

The smoke sucks as I can't drift:D That was just the start of me losing control. So, if you see my drifting shots it's a good chance that a couple seconds after it was taken the car crashed:D

Thats art mate...some good stuff to have in paintings.
The 300C is fantastic, lovely details and lovely angle...a very good action shot!!!
Well done:)

I really love first two shots. I think they are plenty artistic and that's nice to have a break on making only car photographs :D

Salu2.alexwrc

I have no idea about how you made that first one, but I now that I like it :) .

The second one is more familiar, nice effect from some of the "overhead cams".

Third one.... it´s the intention that counts

Nice work man.

BMW Z4 in NY

Pretty straight forward shot. Couple areas are messed up, but what the heck right? :D

Straight forward but very impressive man. Love the reflections on the car. You're getting better fast. 👍

A big WOW.

Awesome, very awesome pic. I thought some little lighting details could be subtle forced, like headlight in the shadowed area of the car. But that's all, even now I think it's perfect. The reflections are so effective... so lovely! I'm guessing a big part of your method, specially in this shot, is how using the dodge tool in shadow mode. It's like you've cleaned some car areas at the same time you was adding amazing effects.

What can I say. The brilliant reflection over the windscreen is one of the most important points for me. Just... brutal! Lucky you have not left the photomode as you liked in the past :scared:

Edit: WOW again!!!
