You know since you own a legal copy of CS2 you can download the CS3 beta, but what are the specs of your PC.

Intel E6600 CPU (2.4 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB)
2 GB RAM
256 MB video card.

More than enough for Photoshop:)
What Graphics Card do you have?

Because if your planning to buy Crysis, then upgrade to 4GB of ram. However my next PC will be this most likely:

Core 2 Duo E6600
4GB of Ram
768MB DX10 8800 GTX
300GB or 500GB in Extreme Raid 0 - I want 1TB, but that costs way too much in Raid 0 at the moment.
Watercooled
Blu-Ray RW Drive
500watt PSU or 800watt PSU
Windows Vista Premium

I be getting this next year from Alienware, however I still keep my 19inch CRT until 2009, because I will be testing my future shots through my HDTV, before they show up. Anyway I love the last shot of the M3 GTR.

GT4_Rule: It's a Dell :)

I've been having some trouble getting used to this monitor for editing in Photoshop. The screen size is awesome, it's just getting used to the brightness.

That and playing Live for Speed has kept me away from getting any real GT4 updates done. However here's a little Audi A2 for your enjoyment. Not up to my usual work but I felt I had to put something up;)

Who can say that A2 is wrong. Simply effectiveness, just C_F style!!! I'm amazed how you can do so awesome work with so minimal material

I didn't know you played LFS. Some day we could make a virtual trackday :D

I love the simplicity of the shot, in fact I don't understand why people dislike A2
That's a cute little car with a bit of luxury 👍

Speaking of playing LFS, I agree driving with big widescreen can be very addictive
that's why my PS2 collecting dust lately
anyhow you need a fast graphic card to maintain good fps
specially running on 1920x1200

But excellent nonetheless. That is a great picture. You are good with this.

Thanks philly:)

I played it a bit a while back and decided to download it again when I got this new computer. Since I also have the DFP now I can enjoy the game even more. I haven't bought a license yet but may do so this weekend. Such an enjoyable game. Thanks for the comments on the shot as well;)

I really like the blurred road lines.

Thanks Streetz:)

Thanks franz. I only ever saw one in person when I was in Spain. I figure they would have done well in Canada but since they aren't being made any more I guess that's a non-issue now. Audi probably figured they would cut into VW sales in Canada I guess.

I'm running LFS at 1920x1200 with all graphic options maxed and I get about 50 fps average I guess. That's even with many cars on the track at once. I'm quite happy with the performance so far:D

I like the style, but the lights are a bit jagged for my liking.

Thanks TVR. I didn't do any clean up on this one so the lights look pretty crappy:)

that thing is so cute! the picture totally defines that too. i like the dark background with the white lines, and the audi in the center. good job C_F!

ZOMG! Cod, I totally love that shot!

I think you might have given me some inspiration for my next update :D:tup:

The car itself however, looks awfully jagged, some lines need some cleaning to do...

very nice 👍 im always up for more clean b&w's :D

[edit - id get LFS if i ever found it on the shelf :indiff: ]

Thanks empty:) As for LFS, I'm pretty sure it's only available as a download and then you buy the license for it online.

Thanks ultra. I didn't bother doing any cleaning to the car before messing around with it.

That being said guys I'm afraid that will probably be the last update for some time now. I've been playing LFS quite a bit over the last little while and tried playing some GT4 last night and just couldn't take it. I never thought I would enjoy another game over GT4 as much as I do with LFS and even with it's limited number of cars and tracks, the realism just wins me over. That's not to say I won't come back to GT4 as I'm sure I will. Playing LFS is really only a part of the reason for playing GT4 less: I've also reached a creative block with photomode. I can only do so many blur shots without getting bored and my cleaning skills are not good, which leaves me feeling empty when trying to edit my shots now.

I figure I made a good run of it so far and thank everyone who enjoyed my gallery:) I will return, it's just when I cannot say at this time.

Thanks,
Tony

that's too bad C_F. guess we'll have to wait and see if u do comeback, but we'd love to have you stay here.

Hey hey, wait a minute! That sounds like a farewell. I don't know why you say you feel empty now, considering who are you in GTP and all work you had shown. I guess we all need a while to disconnect, rest, and find a new creative pulse.

Anyway, all we want the hardcore physics are in love with Live. Btw, I'm still using the quality of GT4 to postpoduction and enjoyment itself. If you need a deep DFP-LFS configuration guide, I've just made one yesterday to my web. If someone need the tranlation, I'll do it though.

I hope to see you back with new stuff. Lately I've an obsession with your "old" Pontiac Solstice so I need more inspiration. Stay near GTPlaneters :)

I love that A2 shot, so awesome as always. :D

I want you to return C_F. I love your shots, your gallery has to be one if not my favourite gallery. Your work always inspires me, so I hope you return soon buddy. 👍

Well it's been a while but I couldn't turn down a request to make a reappearance with a new update. Bear with me as I'm still not used to this new LCD monitor for editing.

Hot and Cold (or coming and going if you like;) in an Audi S4

Glad to have you back here!! With an awesome update to go with it too!! well done cod!! great to see you again!

Great to see another update from you C_F, I always love your work.
These shots are sweet, the hot one looks very nice, but the cold one is superb. The colour and reflections work very well in the cold entry, I like how you left the brake lights red. Like Tommi said, it has a very realistic feel to it.
Awesome work as always, you inspire me.
Hope to see another update from you soon. 👍

Awesome! The hot one, to me at least, looks like an awesome sports car tearing down the city streets. The cold one however looks like a dub car cruising at night. Nice work! :)👍
