All I have to say is OMG....Lucky bastard.....👍👍

eh :indiff: do you really need 2 tv's and 2 arcade style racing games? I wouldnt get any work done.

if you have the money the basic requirements are a small fridge, a crapper, and maybe a tv. 👍

Ok, I admit.. i'm just jealous :guilty:

That's nothing...

The food company Saputo's owner's cottage has a better one...

I drive by the place every time I go to my mom's work... Has sevral Rolls parked out front usually. This garage holds over 60 cars and has a couple bathrooms. Although there is no way I could have pictures of such an establishment, I am sure it is quite massive.

Better have some damn expensives cars cause all I saw was that one Porsche and I know that model don't go near 150K.

Hiya! :D :O  Meow! (='.'=)

Bery interesting! :O:O:O Turned an entire house into a garage! :O:O:crazy: I really really luv it! But one thing that I would have to say bad is that the garage is actually the entire house...but if it was actually the "garage" and the "normal" house is there, then I would really LUV IT! :O:O:O

There are more pics in the other pages... he's got a CLK55 and a Cayenne Turbo, and, of course, the 911 GT3.

Ive seen this guys garage on almost EVERY single forum i goto....its not that amazing.
There was this other guy who had like 30cars in a almost showroom type garage. It was alot more "usable" than this guys garage.

^ kick ass idea!

btw i saw an r32 gunmetal color skyline in san jose the other day.... yes its real driver side was on the right.

Holy ****.....only 110k?!?!? I have a second lot that I could build a shop on, I looked into it, it'd be at least twice that here in LA! I guess not only land, but also labor, is cheaper back east....

I have to say that i would prefere Nick Mason's garage (Pink Floyd's drummer) for content,
or J Kaye's (from Jamaroqui) for the actual building, its a bit like this guys garage, but x5 the size.

Not Here! A 1,000 square foot house will cost you 150,000+ dollars. An empty acre lot in our subdivision would have cost you between 75,000 and 130,000 dollars.

On the subject of the garage itself, it would be awesome with a few additions. First and foremost, he needs a two post lift, so real work can be done. Add some air tools, engine picker, etc, and it'll be great. The guy's built a very good building, it just needs stuff in it.

With the money he spent on the building itself, I'd imagine the owner would be in the process of getting those things, since I would imagine the ultimate goal would be to make the garage fully functional.

I'm not so sure about that. It seems more like a "hang out with the guys and stare at my Porsches" kind of place.

A guy who has that much money to spend on a garage and a GT3, is never going to actually use and of those things himself - i bet he takes the GT3 down to his local Porsche dealer to empty the ashtrays!

Its all for show, thats why he posted so many pictures for everyone to see.
