No, guy. The show was already done when you told me about it the first time and I was complaining about how many episodes there were.
However I hadn't seen all of it when I recommended it to you.

I was just getting back to it after having it on-hold for nearly two years.
Somethin's wrong with this guy.
Agreed. How can you hate Miria and Isaac, two of the greatest characters of all-time?:(

But then again, he hates Vash from Trigun with a massive passion also...

Well that's what they get for judging a book by its cover, and/or description.

Vash's character design was made to have him look like a badass, and is described as a town-leveling gun-slinging badass.

Until you find out he really is a bumbling idiot with terrible luck.

Better action shows you could be considering instead which I think you'll get into fairly easily are:
-Guilty Crown
-Persona 4
-Darker than Black
not shure about these
-Mirai NikkiMaybe this
-Soul Eater seen it

And for lesser compatible but (arguably) better Action shows:
-Hellsing
-Elfen Lied
-Claymore
-SEEN THESE
-Fate/Zeromaybe

Strike Witches is pretty good. There's some fan service but it's not bad.
Not that please :scared:
You don't watch Baccano to put a smile on your face. You watch something like Yuru Yuri to put a smile on your face.
Yes ! Baccano's good .

Well maybe I smile when I like things! Ever think about that Sly!? Lol

And about Alice Senki 2, I just confirmed that all the characters are from hentai because when I booted it up and saw the roster it had Escalayer from Beat Angel Escalayer........maybe I'm a bit too well rounded with hentai characters.....ahhhh whatever!

AHAHAhAAhaHahaahAAhaHAaHaaHAHaaHAhAAHaHahAAhaHAaHAhahaahAhahaHHahAHahAHAhHAHAAhAAAAAAAAAAAahaAhaHaAHaha

Holy hell. You outdid yourself with that one. You really, REALLY made me laugh. Like in real life. While shaking my head.

The best part was the "of all time". Oh man.

Thanks, TC 👍

Cano, you're like the only person I know who doesn't love those characters, and finds them annoying as hell. Nearly everyone I've encountered who has watched the show considers the characters of Baccano!, especially Miria and Isaac to be some of the best characters in anime.

That's where Baccano! excelled the most, the characters, and the same can be said for Durarara!! (Done by the same studio, and written by the same guy).

Well Anime Expo is :censored:ed. The X Games are going to be taking place close by.

Bet you it isn't. :p

Half naked chicks with guns flying around blowing up aliens :sly:

Finished the first Eden of the East movie. Just like the TV series, the whole game has been left unresolved. 👎

Had I not known there was another movie I would have been severely disappointed.

Of course as there's another movie. The whole thing is spread over 11 episodes, and two movies.

I wonder what you'll think of the second movie.

Tell me something I don't already know.

Well, they trolled me just as much as Haruhi with the TV series and first movie. The only thing that both of these resolved so far is the whole NEET situation in the TV series.

You're forgetting also how in the ending of the first movie
a few of the Selecao have been completely knocked out of the game. Their Juiz is destroyed. We got a little more progress with the game.
First movie still though is much weaker than the TV series due to how slow various things moved with the plot. It was a little disappointing for me.

BTW, after you finish the second movie, I'd recommend not bothering with this unless you REALLY want to.

It's just decent, mainly due to them removing so many things that made the TV series good in the first place. It is especially lacking in the musical score.

Of course, but you still had some movement. Though at least this show isn't like Bleach.

I finished Hanasaku Iroha just now, and instantly became one of my favorite anime. The whole concept of "work" that it so very dissected made it quite inspirational to me - how each character loved Kissuiso, and the demand to serve the guests, and how to handle the tightest problems. I wasn't surprised by the melodrama, though (e.g. romance). But outside of that, the characters were indeed memorable! The only drawback was Ko. I felt like the anime spent very little in expanding his development, and still left me questions about him (weirdly enough, I saw this kind of character layout before...). However, the rest of the characters and their development are very top-notch. I think all of them changed quite dramatically from the first steps to the last ones, and bestowed a cascade of inspiration & memories to me.

The art, of course, is spectacular! I think it really made the entire anime very ambient, as if you were really there - and for me personally, is the anime's strong point. As for the fan service, it wasn't bad at all. Though some of the bath scenes & undressing are a bit unnecessary.

Despite the minor negatives, this anime was near-perfect for me (sorry if I'm biased - I am fond of slice of life)! Hope the Home Sweet Home movie is just as good, which I think is in-the-works this year?

Doesn't the X-Games always take place there? If so, then whoever planned AX kinda got it off abit.

^ I agree, it would be a (very) weird mash up between 'geeks' and 'skater kids'...

Anime Expo = June 29 to July 2

X-Games = June 28 to July 1

EDIT -> Here's what I've found at the AX Forum:

especially Miria and Isaac to be some of the best characters in anime.
Okay i just noticed this but that thought never came to mind. I just like the story and like one character but i forgot her name. Wouldn't say the best though, unless i didn't know what i was talking about.

Yeah, and I love how you ridiculously care for what people say. They are the utmost lowest point of the entire show. If they hadn't been there I would have enjoyed Baccano! immensely. But then they appeared on screen and I wanted to fast-forward those stupid parts. Heck she wasn't even pretty. Not a single redeeeming feature on any of both. Positively ruined the show.

No. The characters in Baccano! were pretty bleh. Some of them were better developed than others of course, but in all they were pretty damn average, tending to lol. The real stronghold of the show is how it tied everyone and everything together, but character development? Don't make me laugh.

No wonder you consider Miyuri or Miyuru or... heck, I don't even remember her name well, the poor little idiot girl in Steins;Gate "one of the greatest anime characters of all time". And no wonder you like Kenshin, too.

I do wonder though who will be the next greatest character of all time. Give us light.

Because Ko wasn't a significant character.
What he did with his life barely affected Ohana. Ko was just a person that Ohana liked and haven't seen in ages. It didn't matter who he was; it wouldn't affect the show's moral anyway.

Wouldn't really say "Skater kids" as they'll be far more then just them. "Extreme Sports" crowd would be more suited, especially with the growing in interest in Rallycross. But who knows, maybe there's some odd tie-in previosuly unheard of between the two and their ironically planned schedules.

As for Mayuri, I like how you took my statement seriously. As for Kenshin, the story is the strongest point, not the characters. Watch season 2 to see what I mean.

Also, like my new avatar bro?
