Kokoro Connect has been pretty great. Definitely getting more than I ever expected from it.

It took me the longest to find the full episodes, thank god anilinkz had my back, and in HD quality
.ヘ(^_^ヘ)(ノ^_^)ノ

But now Anilinkz! it wont load Σ(゚Д゚|||) FML

nope, but i hope it will, i don't even know if bandai have any plans to make a dub for the K-ON movie, and to be honest, it would be awkward since many, many, man..basically the entire movie is focused around english. speaking of english K-ON.

Amazed how much english yui sounds like japanese yui.

Yeah, I really hope the movie gets dubbed soon. That actually reminds me I haven't watched the second season dubbed yet. Maybe I should do that, but I'm not really in the mood to watch anime. I've been like that for the last few weeks.

On episode 7. So messed up. I'm on a messed up run. Elfen Lied, followed by Madoka. Now this.

All the feels! Ep 7 was so messed up. That teacher is so wrong, but sadly there are people like that in our world .

...For some reason, i keep finding myself going back and re-watching Ah my goddess...Such a great show, sucks they're are no more seasons ( ̄へ ̄)

That's been in my queue for quite a while. I hope I can get to it soon. It looks really good.

JC staff or Kyoto animation?

I myself am starting to prefer the JC staff approach,

K-ON is still my winner overall though.

But also like the joshiraku JC staff girls..

So, I figured out, with the Avatar live action movie, they pretty much told the wrong story. After seeing the cartoon, doing a Live Action version of that would be pretty hard and complicated. What they should've done was do an entirely NEW story set in modern times. Maybe tell of the last Avatar or something. That would've been easier to do, and a bit cooler. I mean, look at Transformers. Those movies weren't that great and they did very well because of all the special effects and explosions. Avatar would have fit perfectly in a modern day setting with all the superhero movies going on.

Now...Cutie Honey...was meh, really. And I got to watch Battle Athletes Victory which features the voice talents of Lia Sargent (Milly Thomson from Trigun), Wendee Lee (Faye Valentine in Cowboy Bebop) and Mary Elizabeth McGlynn (Major Motoko in Ghost in the Shell) before their larger roles. Which is actually pretty cool.

I think it should have never been live action at all. Just look at the Goku movie. *shudders*

 What is that gif from?
Joshiraku, Joshiraku, Funniest show i have watched all year

When they tried to get Marii to go to sleep, because great fortune would only come through her sleep..

Oh, I agree. I think it's extremely hard to do a good live action anime. I've seen a few of them and there have only been one or two good ones. The Matrix Brothers are actually pretty good at the whole anime-live action thing as the Matrix, V for Vandetta and Speed Racer are all pretty much live action Anime. And the Matrix and Speed Racer were both actually based off anime series. But, what I'm saying is, if you do create a live action anime, you have to do it right, and M. Night just didn't.

ouch. and how many episodes?

Lol how are we talking about live-action adaptations without mentioning the work of brilliance that is the HK Initial D movie?

It's best enjoyed with the early machine translated bootleg subs, though I doubt it'd be easy to find them all these years later. Nothing like reading the Ryosuke character talk about "adjusting the quakeproofs for the turnings."

Oh gawd that ID movie was awful. The entire story was wrong. The WM was the best LA movie I've seen so far. Doesn't follow the story too much either, but I really enjoyed that movie.

Id rather watched it subbed any day over a dubbed K-ON.

I'd rather watch neither. :sly: I don't get the appeal of watching moeblobs drinking tea and occasionally singing.
