Lol how are we talking about live-action adaptations without mentioning the work of brilliance that is the HK Initial D movie?

It's best enjoyed with the early machine translated bootleg subs, though I doubt it'd be easy to find them all these years later. Nothing like reading the Ryosuke character talk about "adjusting the quakeproofs for the turnings."

I own it on DVD but before I got that I had the version with the terrible subs. I still watch that one instead sometimes because it's so awesome. "I want to eat people now!" "88!". :lol:

Live action wangan midnight was extremely well done, especially the second one, great actors and great story implication.

No it wasn't. It didn't follow the Story. Still pretty angry he is driving a Z32 at the start and how much he crashes the Devil Z for no reason.

Ok true about the Z32, but it was still pretty good. In terms of live action.

Except reina in a red R34...and not a grey R32..and no guy from osaka with the evo, or the epic FC ..
 
Then his friend's brother in a FD. You can tell the movie is recent because of the R35 shown.

I thought he drove the Z31 first? n what ever happened to the mech, and his buddy?
And wasnt the red GT R a R33?
 
No, in the live action movie, Reina is in a red R34. RGO was never mentioned. And yes, he owned a red z31 first, not a red z32, which is what I was complaining about.
 
I watched the first episode of Jashiraku and it is just so hilarious. I had to keep pausing so that I wouldn't miss anything from laughing.

For some reason i started watching somthing called Akaneiro ni Somaru Saka Not a big name and for good reason, Its so Moe i stopped and started Space Brothers .
I might finish it maybe (only 12 ep's) and im up episode 16 Space Bro's + im still watching Full Metal Panic.
