Shokugeki no Soma 2

Average boy with exceptional cooking skills tries to get into an high-level cooking institution. Examiner for the entrance qualifiers is an elitist (and consequentially a tsundere), who is too proud to admit Souma's cooking is any good solely on the pretext that he doesn't come from a high-class restaurant.

It's going to be that kind of deal pretty much. Pride and Prejudice.

Fate 2: Haven't watched.

JoJo 38: Haven't watched, not that many of you are interested.

Plastic Memories 2: Haven't watched.

Arslan Senki 2: Haven't watched, but halfway to being dropped.

Ghost in the Shell Arise (TV) 1: Haven't started.

Kekkai Sensen: Dropped

Disappearance of Nagato Yuki: Dropped.

Inuyasha is on Amazon Prime.

...

God Damn it.

Is that a "God Damm it" because you like Inuyasha, or is that because you hate the fact that Amazon has chosen it? Can't really tell...

Plastic Memories 2: Haven't watched yet.

I'm sorta interested in Jojo, I mean yes it's bizarre (har har) as all heck, but it's defintely interesting and unique. Probably it won't fit most people's taste in anime, but what the heck...

Well I can't answer that since it only has 2 ep's right now. But so far I say it's not really worth it, unless you're looking for a bundle of fan-service.
^ There is not enough fan service either...

Did anyone watch Legend of the Galactic Heroes? The setting seems pretty interesting but I'm not really sure if it worth to watch through 110+ episodes?

With my current watching speed it would probably take me 3+ months to go through the whole show so I want to be sure it is worth it :D

Watching Shokugeki no Souma and all I have to say is: FOOD PORN EVERYWHERE I TURN!!!!

This show is more perverted than I'd like it to be, but I guess the exaggeration that the pleasure in tasting food equating to sexual climax is one way to communicate the idea and get you hooked.

Edit: Week whatever. This is Q from C.

:P

[C] The Soul of Money and Possibility Control. Very obscure name, meh show, kinda weak characters, but it ain't about relationships, high school, or MMOs. Boy has no parents, and is struggling to get by on his part-time. He's offered a large sum of money in exchange for his life as a collateral. Sounds interesting, doesn't it?

I've been gone for 5 days and then I hear about the Hestia invasion. I like her too, but it's actually really huge.

Owari no Seraph is just a bundle of cliches. I dropped it on episode 2, hopefully someone can tell me how it turns out later.

An itch is telling me to watch Bakemonogatari this week...

Right after Blood-C. 4 Episodes in so far and I can see why it doesn't get much love. Slice of lifey, not as brutal as Blood+, I'm waiting for it to get into the story. However I'll give it a chance, animation looks nice, especially the fight scenes. Any suggestions for good Vampire watches similar to Blood+?

I'm tempted to buy this when I've got extra cash, very tempted, plus the price is amazing! (USD$60)

And maybe this if I find it good

I'm not feeling this Steins Gate withdrawal though.... Sigh....

Tuturuuu....

I posted a bunch of videos like this in the past. I don't know what the interest level is like for eastern instruments, but I'll share it anyway.

Track order:
1. Naruto - Yuugure/Masuda Toshiro - 00:00
2. Katanagatari - Oyakusoku I /Iwasaki Taku - 01:53
3. GHOST IN THE SHELL - Reincarnation/Kawai Naotsugu - 05:18
4. Seirei no moribito - Omoi haruka/Kawai Naotsugu 11:09
5. SAMURAI 7 - Kirara/Wada Kaoru - 14:19
6. Inuyasha - Wish Beyond Times/Wada Kaoru - 17:59
7. Saraiya Goyou - Fugaku/MOKA☆ - 20:24
8. Kure-nai - Ie ni Kaerou/Muramatsu Ken - 23:49

Disclaimer: Do not take the word "BEST" found in the video title to heart.

The one that got most of my interest was Ghost in the Shell's. Seirei no Moribito and Samurai 7 have my interest too.

Welp, I marathoned the rest of Blood-C tonight and yeah... You guys were right...

Frustrating, poor execution, slow and dragged are the words that come to mind...

I'll see if I can get my hands on the movie. Since that is apparently way better. For now though, let me see what Bakemonogatari holds...

Sigh, still missing Steins Gate

I need some sleep

Bride Saber confuses me
Saber in a bridal dress is weird is all

EDIT: Wait, is that somewhere in UBW?

Yes it is. I don't want to spoil it for you though

Saber in a bridal dress is weird? That thing has been circulating for quite some time now.

After watching the latest episode, I'm pretty sure that

Ilya is going to die in the next episode. :D :( Poor Ilya...

Damn you, Gilgamesh. Just... damn you.🤬

It just seemed to exist solely for pandering to those with Saber waifus  Didn't know it was plot related.
Or, it could be for both reasons. Plot-related AND fanservice. But mostly fanservice, around 70%. No, 80%. ;)

Welp,

Blood-C: The Last Dark definitely redeemed the horrible terror that was the TV Series. I'm satisfied now, however the movie would have been great if the TV Series was just better executed. For now though, I'll just label it as good.

Bakemonogatari begins right after I finish organizing my exam notes. I can be disciplined enough to study first then watch anime or play games after :P

Which brings me to this question, where do you chaps find the time to sit down and watch some anime?

I usually watch at night before bedtime. During the day happens when I'm not busy.

Finished Shirobako, and holy crap, why didn't I start this show earlier? It's just as awesome as Bakuman! Also means that I'm sad that the show ended :( Essentially every character in Shirobako I could relate to in one way or another, and pretty much every one of them were great in their own way. Well, except a certain three..

I'm guessing that this show has as much truth about the anime industry as anything? I was definitely getting that vibe
