I'd say it's pretty much a hybrid of both shows, yes. I love the shot of the speedometer on the Micra barely rising and yet the music makes it sound like he's doing 120 mph or something.I also enjoy seeing the female character singing along near the end of the video, it's a cute touch.
Speaking of the song used, is it wrong to admit that I liked listening to it?
Absolutely not. Killing My Love is one of my favourites of the entire soundtrack:
Very fitting indeed. I know Lucky Star's version of it had an actual song by m.o.v.e, too.
Ah yes, Initial L(imo). I still have a hard time believing how in the heck did the old man not wedge the darn Lincoln between the rails of the road while trying to drift. But then again, I am looking far too deep into an Initial D parody, so I should just not do that.![]()
I guess you should just... let it slide.
I do want to avoid it killing my love for running in the '90s, right? These parodies are like a Dogfight...
You make my heartbeat increase with each pun, you Space Boy.![]()
Could you say I'm a Doctor Love? And watch when Cano gets back on the rocks, he's just going to facepalm at all of this. But what do I know, I'd say don't stop the music...![]()

I guess this will be the golden age of the thread. A new generation, if you will.![]()

Bad things are going to happen if this keeps on going.Well, in this era of capitalist anime, it's all about the go go money, so I'm not entirely surprised. Our love is in danger, so we need to be careful. And I think I ran out of Initial D song references (that I know of from memory, at least).![]()
Hey they need to make money after allForgot about that second Special episode of Angel Beats.
In the first, SSS's goal was to get everyone to show off what a blast they're having at school. If you remember, in the world of Angel Beats, if you're having a good time, you get resurrected and leave the afterlife they're currently in. But because they're faking it, they won't be sent off, which is Yurippe's idea to confuse Tenshi. Yurippe is betting on the fact that her confusion will lead to hear seeking assistance from god and discovering god is Yurippe's ultimate goal. Plan fails.
In this episode, Yurippe attempts to get Tenshi to summon god again. This time, her strategy was to get her squad to do bad stuff to each until one of them becomes so evil they transcend into a demonic state. Demons by rule do not exist in this afterlife therefore, by making it happen, this would create a huge obstacle for Tenshi that she would need to summon god for help. Doesn't happen.
Snap. Angel Beats isn't such a good series to me anymore.
I thought it was great too but for some reason I just never finished it. I stopped at episode 20 I think.Man that was a good show and the ending was decent.
Who would want that?If Highschool DxD girls had realistic proportions...... And possibly looks

My drawing challenge to everyone in this thread for the week: If Highschool DxD girls had realistic proportions...... And possibly looks
