Was thinking about EoE last night. I will not lie, it was actually kinda hurting me inside for all the wrong reasons...

But I'm on my iPod, so I won't explain fully. Wait till 3:something pm GMT, then I'll explain my...well, somethings about it.

To be honest I mostly got over my...fears? :confused: of EoE over the day. But anyway, I shall explain my opinion on it.

If you haven't watched EoE DON'T LOOK AT THE SPOILERS. If you have just be prepared for a helluva long speech. :D

Right...EoE. I'll say it was...everything, really. Happy, sad, confusing, wonderful...lots of things.

I'll say first that a lot of the things I read about online for the movie didn't fit what I thought they might.

Misato's death really did actually just come out of nowhere. I mean, at first there she just seems alright after that shot, talking with Shinji and all, then when Shinji gets out she just... slowly dies. Did she, like, get an extra shot or something afterwards offscreen?!

Asuka impressed me in the film. That battle of hers was pretty awesome, although I would have expected a more heated location for such a battle, Her death was pretty gruesome if I'm honest (as in that last blow you see her taking, getting her arm chopped in half by the Lances. What was really depressing for me though was the state she was actually in once the world comes back. I was expecting a much happier scene, and while I'd seen it say she was patched up, I wasn't expecting that much of them.

Rei's form with Lilith was almost kinda scary. Including the way she killed everyone there...man that would be terrifying if I was exposed to that.

If anything thinking about NGE after watching EoE almost gives me sad thoughts - it hit me that hard. At first I thought it would actually ruin the Rebuilds for me, but looking at it Rebuild could bring a happier vibe back to NGE for me. I don't know when I'll be watching them (although dice said he might stream them for me!), but I don't know what effect EoE would necessarily have on it for me. If anything uMadson was right to watch it first...probably.

I know I probably have a billion more things to say on EoE, but these are the only things I can really think of right now...besides which I'm roughly 'over' it now.

So anyway, got any pics for me? :lol: Changing the subject is win here. ;)

Rei has that certain charm but too bad Mari took it away from me lol.

It's the best Tequila in town. The most intoxicating and stuff. NGE fans will love it. :lol:
