Yep. I've seen the dub and the sub each multiple times. I think they're both great. The English voice actress for Excel had to be replaced halfway through the show.

Nagisa dying was pretty sad but I saw it coming. However all throughout the next episode when Tomoya spends the day with Ushio I couldn't help but get angry at him. I can understand him feeling depressed but the dude needed to man up, take responsibility, and be a father to that girl. What an idiot.

EDIT: Alright this show finally got some tears going. I hate this right before I have to go to class. After Story is so good now.

Just saw Mirai Nikki 1. Looks very interesting. It has quite a ridiculous setting, but then again, the best ones are usually the craziest ones. Still too early to pass judgement but I'm intrigued already.

So... I watched Angel Beats from start to finish last night.

God, the ending :censored:ed me off!!! During the last episodes, the two halves of my brain were trying to decide if the show was a 9 or a 10. But then:

They just had to be greedy and try to tug at our heartstrings one more time, only to fail HORRIBLY. How on earth could Otonashi have been Kanade's heart donor when he died well after she did?? Totally stupid, even moreso considering how unneccesary it was... I already had tears running down my cheeks the entire last episode. They totally could've left that idiotic plot point out.

That dropped the debate in my mind from 9 or 10 to 8 or 9, and ultimately I have to go with 8.
