I just watched FFVII:Advent Children,but I will not comment the movie until someone specificaly asks,because I don't want to spoil it to someone who didn't watch it.....

Since the PS2 version came out in the US/CA

Though I almost didn't play FFXI lately, the game itself ask too much dedictation to it. It require a lot of hours of gameplay. Right now all my mains linkshell are brokens. :indiff:

I completely lack of contacts in FFXI that I wonder if i'll be able to advance in the game. Like McLaren'sAngel says, you need a party or friends to go farther in the game. Playing about once or twice a month doesn't really help for FFXI & I'm about to cut my account, but I still think it's a great game. :)
 
Yea, FFXI can be addictive though when you have the time to play it.

I've also seen Advent Children, it's really worth the extra time they pushed it back for, I guess.

BTW,did you see the movie with parody subtitles?
 
not sure what you mean, and I dont think Tifa got "bigger" myself, actually she looked smaller, i like it cuz they didnt whore her out.

That is a good thing since girls won't have to complain so much about how producers use big things on her just to get easy money. Like Dead or Alive.... :indiff:

It makes Tifa more realistic and more human imo. :O 👍

I can't wait for Advent Children! I am going to get it on DVD and UMD! :O
 
Actually, after a while, after all the push backs and re-scheduling for the release, I refused to let myself buy it when it comes out, so my friend downloaded it and now I've seen it.

The push backs on most of SE's recent software/etc has just been ridiculus, no kingdom hearts 2, dirge, AC, FF12, but they have no problem releasing crap ive never heard about like radiata stories

In the game on the PlayStation, on Full Motion Video, they bounce slowly & also freaking HUGE. I'm pretty happy they corrected the size of them in movie Advent Children. 👍

I believe that that scene in FFVII was the part when that mountain blew up right next to Cid's airship and it captures everyone rolling or falling around in slow motion. Then there you see that one scene that will make every guy go like :crazy: and I would be like :ouch:
 
I am on my 7th(or is it 8th) playthrough of FFVII(PS version).I just got to "The well known dying FMV"(don't want to spoil the game for those who didnt play it)....I feel a bit sad right now......
Anyway,I also seen the FFVII tech demo for PS3,and I tried to imagine how would that FMV look on ps3.....I think that with ps3's graphics(if they make a remake(woo! it rhymed!)),it would make anyone who plays it want to kill Sephiroth even more,no matter if it's someone who played the original PS/PC version multiple times,or someone who is playing the possible remake of FFVII for the first time,if you understand me.....

Ok,enough for now,I gotta go back to FFVII...
 
I just hope any remake of FFVII doesn't lose the charm of the original... it was such a good humoured and easy going game, something I felt was lacking in what I saw of FFVIII...

I really do think they will make a Final Fantasy VII remake because of all the begging and crying us fans have been doing. :O I think that having the PS3 Tech Demo of FFVII being included with Dirge of Cerberus (vinvent's own game) gives out a clue. 👍
 
I hope your right, FFVII was one of the greatest games ever made.

A rough time for the European launch of FFXII would be around Autumn-Winter..maybe in time for Christmas 2006. It's Japanese release is March 2006 I believe with 2nd Quarter release (April - June) for the US (when I'll buy it for my US PS2). Generally it's six months after the US release. So around October - December. But who knows...it could be earlier or later!

Simple thing to do is what I did last year, buy a US PS2!

Although compared to GT4, this wait should be negligible.

I wish I could find a Lionheart necklace (you know, the one Squall has), but I wouldn't know where to look. If anyone has seen them, please let me know. I know they exist though, because I saw someone wearing one a long time ago, but I never actually asked them where they got it.

They seem to have a never ending load of Tidus' necklaces from FFX :lol:

I think the reason why those Tidus necklace don't sell is because Tidus himself is quite a baby throughout the game. :indiff:

I would rather have a necklace of a character that is a real hero! :O

I agree 100%.

Tidus was a real crybaby.

I'd really like to see,for a change,a charachter who is tough,and that doesn't look like a spitting image of Meg Ryan,only male.
Also,it would be nice to see a not-typical charachter for a change....A guy who is more like FF7's Cid would be perfect IMHO.

Wow, what a selection! Thanks a lot man. This is genuine proof that this club is a very good idea. I would have had to search for hours just to find one necklace. :D

The main reason that I wanted Squall's Lionheart necklace is because he is very introverted and calm, much like myself. Although I don't have a gunblade or a cool leather jacket :)
 
I'm re-playing FFX at the moment as I have some time to kill. One thing I have never been able to complete in the past was getting Lulu's Venus Sigil. It's impossible!! Avoiding 200 lightning strikes without saving?! Has anybody done it? With the exception of Kimahri's Saturn Sigil which is also a bleedin' pain everybody else's is easy or fairly easy (Tidus' sigil can be annoying).

It's annoying because I've never had a fully charged Onion Knight to give Shiva Damage Break ability and I think only once before for Kimahri and Ixion's Damage Break too. So I never use them later in the game. Seems a waste really...

I remember when I tried the Lulu's Sigil quest.....
It was like 196.....197.....198......199....$#!/##(/&/(/&!!!!!!!!!! for me........

But that was first 6 times i tried it,but then I took a different approach.

I turned the sound volume all the way down on my TV,and concentrated only on the flashes, i.e. see a flash-hit x.I t worked for me,it might work for you.
