Sounds like a good league Jav. I know I accepted the league request you sent out a little while back, but I don't think I'm going to have the time for this one. I already run in 2 other leagues so not going to have the time to bring on a 3rd one. Maybe I can catch you guys on the next season. What about throwing in the HPD next time? :sly:

The HPD will definitely be in a future one along with the McLaren against the Ford GT!

I really wish I could enter this. But I know I would only make one or two races.:grumpy:

Hopefully someone will post some videos of the action. Have fun guys!

Btw Jav, if for some reason I have time to enter a race or two, would that be alright? I'll register info if it happens, but for now I won't waste registration slots.

That's fine by me! We'll just put you down as a resserve driver!

2 questions...
Are the dates still TBD?
and do you mind if I sign up without putting which car? I'd like to join a Practice session with the Ford GT with weight before I decide because I'm curious what it handles like.

Sorry for the double post, going online with the Ford and Cadillac at Daytona now!

Gotcha!

Well, the cars seem to be well balanced on Daytona. The Cadillac has the Ford on acceleration and perhaps a bit faster trough some parts of the infield but the Ford GT makes it up on the top end on 6th gear. It's all looking good!

I was under the impression that only the Ford GT was getting ballast until I read this in the write up on the DP's

Jav
Dry weight:
1245 kg / 2775 lbs (added ballast ranging from 425lbs to 550lbs depending on track)

I think any weight added will drastically hurt the DP? as in handling. Can't we just race all the DP's against each other with no ballast? I guessing you want all 3 cars to be equal?

Edited from clarification below
