I just want both the Amemiya RX7 and the AEM S2000, loved those cars in GT5 and what a way for the S2000 to make an entrance to GT Sport that would be View attachment 745768 View attachment 745769
The problem with that rx7 is that gt sport takes place in present days so we have modern race cars, that rx7 would be out of place. It would be cool if the next gt game would happen in early 2000's so we would have all these great race cars from that time.

That’s a weird proposition to have a GT game built around the early 2000’s. Nothing prevents them from breaking the classes down into smaller sub-categories. Gr.1 could be Gr.1M, Gr.1V and Gr.1C. (Modern, Vision and Group C).

If a classic car like the RE Amemiya still complies with current regulations and doesn’t look that out of place, it should be in the mix with the others.

Safe to say we will not get a update next week tweet from Kaz, it's already sunday now in Japan :(, but there is still time for a update later this week tweet from Kaz :D.

But no one can send a tweet directly to him and ask about the update?

He never responds so that’d be useless. Time to ask the FB guy instead? Haha

He answered to the guy asking about Gr. 2 and Super GT though.

He did? I must’ve forgotten about that!
Why doesn’t he ever respond to me then? :nervous::lol:

They would just BoP it anyway to make it fit. I used to love doing time trials in both those cars so even if they went into Gr.X I would just be happy they’re in the game.

Are your tweets in english or japanese? Maybe he prefers his native language:

更新 来週 ?= "Update next week?" according to Google Translator.

Yeah, perhaps. I don’t want to write him in Google Translate Japanese though.

Personally I wouldnt want mixed cars from different years in one race because it wouldnt feel authentic, but the sub categories are a good idea.

Yeah, the F40 racing an LC500 just looks off.

I don't like the idea of lots of categories because some would rarely come up in sport mode

Something that I personally think would be a cool idea would be to have B-Spec mode return, but to have it possible to use online for B-Spec tournaments. Putting someone's team of drivers against someone else's and possibly being able to race with your B-Spec drivers in endurance races online too.

Would be an interesting dynamic for the league racing community. :D

Also, I know that it might seem like I've got on the hype train a bit, but Circuit Paul Ricard has been a part of the Blancpain Endurance Series for a while so it would be awesome to have some Gr.3 races there. Remember when Red Bull Ring returned to F1, it was added to GT6 around the same time. It's a stretch, but CPR is on my wish list.

If you want B-Spec why don’t you set your controller to rubber band around northern isle while you watch a race on YouTube. Get to watch a good race and get credits for it!

Should get a tweet from Kaz in the next 5/6 hours

:confused::(:)

My suggestion had nothing to do with credit harvesting, although that's a classic strategy for it.

Don't see why he should break the past pattern of posting on Friday night (CET) / Saturday morning (Tokyo time).

Anyway, It's June 24th. That means another Pikes Peak race takes place today and it still hasn't appeared in any modern GT. A shame.

Well, I would like to see some cars from GT6 returning to GTSPORT and have some tracks which didn't make it to GTSPORT track list, such as Laguna Seca, Trial Mountain and Fuji Speedway.

Except for Deep Forest, I think they want to keep all the legendary GT tracks for GT7. Much more impact than in an update.

Let's face it lads, this will be "april's update" all over again, really doubt a major update is coming this month
