You're taking it a bit too literal. What I meant was there is no LAW that says you cant modify or exploit flaws in software. The legal portion is the enforcement of the contract. However that should be the least of anyones fears as I have never ever heard of someone being sued (not prosecuted) for cheating at a video game. When you break a law you're prosecuted, when you break a contract you can be sued, they are very different things with very different consequences. So throwing the word "illegal" around in cheating at the game IMO is the wrong thing to say.
