That would make an interesting debate, because of basically three factors:
1. You aren't drifting to be going anywhere.
2. You aren't drifting to beat anyone across a finish line first.
3. You're just basically ruining tires for the sheer heck of it.
Or if you're in a drift competition, roasting tires for points, however the heck they figure that kind of stuff out.![]()
Ah, but you said racing or driving. And although drifting it's not strictly "racing" it sure is driving and requires serious driving skills. The same goes for 4x4 trial or truck trial, with the objective of overcoming massive obstacles without loosing points. And painting however is neither
So I guess we're in agreement then. If you see anyone with a nadmobile in your server, or have F-bombs all over their car, you should have the right to punt them from your race.
Plus, you realize that server and game options will probably be there to block custom paint jobs, so you never have to see a cool original car.
Yes you are right, personalization, if it comes, will probably be off-limits on-line so you don't have to
Speaking of, how can you find anything objectionable, when there are all those horrible drift car liveries??
And okay, I find most of them to be pretty darn awesome, I have several in my Forza garage I paid for, but seriously dude. Some of them should be sprayed over with purple paint.![]()
I may like the art of drifting, but do not enjoy most of the way those cars mods and liveries look. But I understand, when going for "style" points some sick looks will help.
Edit: And there is nothing wrong with burning rubber. As someone in this forum said "rear tires are evil and must be punished"
