EDIT: Nevermind.. you only get like 10% exp on level 10..

actually, i think it works in the oppoisite direction: if someone beats you and their networth is a lot higher than yours, they won't win too many hoes; whereas, if your networth is close to theirs, they may win a great deal more. like, the game feels sorry for you.

i raced people way below me and won like 5; i raced people right under me and got 40.
