Whitez, the only way to successfully steal a car is to invest like 40000 credits. it supposedly doesn't matter how much you out in, but the only times i've heard of anyone succeeding is when they nuked all the credits they had.
sometimes even that doesn't work.

If you run the test and tune... no one can check out your car. The visuals become blank
