This is my Del Sol from MCP: Custom roll bars, body kit, shaved littel lights, etc. (Loads of engine mods)

both the rear and front veiw of both of your cars are not proportional to the side view. Also, even though they are stock seats, you could ad some more detail to them, they look a little flat. Your shading on the body is good though.
 
not proportional.....? Not quite sure what that means but ok. As for the seats, I just don't feel like bothering to work very hard on them. They're too insignificant.

Chaos....nice Del Sol but the front of your car is about the same level or lower than your tires..the front of the car would create a lot of sparks because of the friction between the front and the ground.
 
Oh yeah..Im planning to make an RX-8 Base. Has anyone done that yet? CAuse if someone has, then ill stop and make a base for something else, like the suzuki cappucino or something...
 
Try to use this button, it's a lot easier, and less annoying than making another post.

But anyway; no one has successfully made an rx-8 base (that I know of), you may continue making your own.

A lil' earlier i posted my Caddy.. here is the finished version.. with a lil wierd blue one.. it took me 5 secs to modify that.. so don't take it toooooo seriously.. lol! okay here.

p.s. i would try an rx-8 base.. no promises tho.. I've seen one up close and they are :eek:! I WANT ONE! haha
 
Hey.. this is my first attempt at a car. Made it from some blueprints I found. I know its not 100% stock, but i like the look. Thanks to Ayaxr for the seats and im not sure who did the rims.

Heres the front and back of the RX-8...tell me what u guys think and how I can improve...Im still working on the side view..Yeah..i used my RX-7 GT-C as a base for this base of the RX-8...they're pretty similar cars u know!

not too shabby there, a bit big, but not bad. I did however notice, your rear end is too far back, and you forgot the fender flares. I also took the liberty of shading it for ya. I don't mean this as a diss, just showing you the potential. enjoy! :D

Actually those are my seats, that I made using Ayaxr's Bride Dino base, but don't wory about it. About the car, the rear doesn't look anything like a CRX, and the car looks verticaly squished IMHO.;)
 
Omnicron- That looks a wholeee lot better!! :O The fender flares...:O.. I did forget about em'. Whats your shading secret? is it a program or your just that amazing or something? lol. the whole deal looks... *sniff* .. just.. awesome! Brings a tear to my eye.. lol I'm outta here.

Thanks, that's deep, lol. Just keep making some bases and i'll help you along the way. It's not really the program that gives me the ability to shade, it's just a keen eye, and all the colors in the world at my fingertips. :D

Oh, anyway about that rx-8, it's not too bad. The seats in the back are very skinny, and you should really work on the shading, the whole car seems a bit dark. I suggest probably going to the headlights and making some circles for the headlights. If you need any pictures of an rx-8 i've taken many of them personally, I could upload it and show ya.;)
