Darin, i have noticed that. Its rather odd. At least they could have included more kits, but then i think they would have had a hard time making "body damage" happen for every different kit. Well, in theory mostly.

Have you noticed that buying performance spark plugs on some of the cars actually makes them weaker. I find it quite entertaining.

Blackbird, do you have a good secondary car? What ive been forced to do is save the Skyline for the serious races and use my Suburu to get cash to either: pay repai bills for the GT-R and/or for upgrading.

I cant use the Skyline for every use in the game. I'd be so poor right now its rediculous. Any help?

I don't have enough money for a secondary car, lol. If I did I would have an Impreza S202 and my nUr for the hard ass races. But an Impreza S202 could basically take care of itself it's right on my ass(my nUr) during the whole races that's why my whole rear bumber is scratched dented and messed up.

Actually, that maybe right. But I still find it odd that SRS only got two complanys for kits. But I'm also quite sure that damage to the kits was a cost up their ass.

Actaully no. Watch what you buy, theres almost 2 of everything in the parts.
 
I had one idiot, just tailgate me during one race and didn't slow down enough for the turns and hit my bumper eveytime. :ouch::grumpy:
 
Blackbird, well, im still big pimpin' my Suburu RS2.5. It works great for the first 3 races. Id suggest getting a lov level car because the damge inflicted doesnt nearly add up as much as the higher end ones. I continually do the 3rd race on the 2nd circuit in my Suburu to get cash. You can take the GT-R there and come out w/ hardly any repair bills. After like 2 or 3 times (which takes like 12-15 minutes) you can get a lower level car and completely upgrade it. Worked for me. Hope it helps.

wtf, i got this game. its not all its cracked up to be....or at least of what i thought it would be. maybe its because i just started...but my first impression of it slightly sucked anyhow.

this is what really pisses me off though...
im on the race track, on on the last lap it says im going backwards....i lose...

WTF MAN! if the game always acts like this, i swear to god im returning it. anything like this happen to anyone else?
 
You probably went through the pink markers and got back on track. You have to go back to the pink markers and go the way it points.

Your PS2 might of skipped the disc.
 
Well I just ****ed myself because this S202 sucks ass and now I need a GTR. I ****ing hate myself now. I was better off with the nUr.:-(

****ing autosave. They need to give you an option on the start menu during race to save and quit. Stupid asses...

DON'T BUY IT!:scared:

The steering sucks ass and I mean bad! worse then the RX-7. That's the main reason because you need to have good steering if you want to accel in the game.

I had thoughts about the S202 myself...

But the Autosave don't bug me. I'm kinda used to it.. Cause half of the games I own do it.

OK, I now have a Nissan Skyline GTR V-Spec. There is no difference between that and a nUr so yay! I'm trying to get more money to tune it. But I don't have much respect points to go on to race #2 on NitroXtreme.:(
 
I asked earlier, but does anyone know how to ge the 2 chicks that have the "100 style points in XX time" and the "Find Big Air"? I am having no luck at all. Nothing but repair bills....

Umm if thats the chick I think it is, with the 10 respect points you have to get by getting air all you have to do is go straight down the road and don't turn just keep following the road and theres this little bump that'll get ya high enough.

Anyway, have ya'll noticed each chick you pick as your g/f has a different vid leading up to the races? I think its a pretty nice touch. Right now i sluttin' out the chick w/ the flower in her hair. Flo i think. Hotness.

Man, that stinks. Try what i suggested about using a secondary car. I might work for ya. Save the Skyline for the serious stuff, imo.
