I was just responding to a post. I said I am going to drop it.

Anyways, is SRS worth the 50 buck you pay for it? Or maybe its better if you rent it?

Also do you know if this game is very short or is it very lengthy?

Its pretty lenghty some what. Theres 72 races and then a about 10 of one on one challenges.
 
crap... I just read this entire thread.

I think i'm gonna hit up the ATM and then Walmart, bbiaf with my new game. *sigh*

Hey fellas, after reading the posts and how much everyone liked it, i jsut went out and rented it. Any helpful hints on gettin started? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

meh, damit. I pussed and rented it... besides I had a Blockbuster giftcard. It only cost me a couple bucks and I just got the change out of my car. I can always copy it anyway. :D well, here I go to waste away the next 5 hours. CHEERS!

Just got the game a few hours ago, and its pretty good. Kinda feels like R Racing Evolution driving. Anyhow, what does it take to unlock new cars. Winning lots of races? Getting more respect?

Winning the Crew meeting races.

Meh. The car far surpasses R:RE handling, but SRS isn't made by Namco. Just published.

It does support online play. Thats where the pink slip modes comes in. Where you can win other users cars.

I can't tell you how its does, I didn't make the damn game you know.

If you mean how is the online play, I'm not sure. I will not appear online until i've completed the story mode.

I Raced the Ironman races on arcade. and on the easy I think it was 4 races i got a fully modded trueno for winning, and on medium it was 6 races i got a fully modded RX8 ,both were sent to my garage. I started the hard one but it is 12 races long. This game is pretty good . But i had hopes it would be better .

So by doing the Ironman thing you get a trueno in street mode? Sweetness.
 
Couple hours in now... Started with a 2004 red MR-S. Have beaten first 2 series races of the Nemesis crew. BTW, there IS a clutch. Using the DS2 change the controller setting to 4. Clutch is L1, kinda pointless though since you can still change gears without pressing L1... :irked:

Hey, can anyone tell me do you unlock more stuff then u have in the begining of the game? Cause that is a small selection of mods. Cams, ECU, Port and Polish, Moter Mounts, and others are missing.
 
Well I just bought SRS around 5 hours ago, and I have to say I'm kicking some ass and so does this game. I now have a black 350Z with a C-West bodykit, and veilside rims, it has 782 hp and 711lb ft or torque. She's just slides so perfectly, she's a beast. :sly: 👍

Yeah. I'm hoping theres a way to get more stuff. I'm wondering how to get a new kit. I'm just about sick of this Cwest kit on my RX-7. I've seen Veilside kits on RX-7's on the AI.

And, judging by your title, you like to mess with "noob" or "new members", I am sure there are more knowledgeable noobs than you. Just because a person is a "noob", doesn't mean he/she is stupid. Im a new member also, and yet I don't type like a moron.

Anyways... SRS looks good, I would buy it but its too expensive for me. I don't want to waste my money, I might just rent it when I have the time.

you? a new member? cmon...i know who you are man....or at least i think i do...o wells...anyways, i just put that up just for fun, like what i was saying to darin the other night.

and i dont like to mess with new members, i leave that to darin...i just cant stand all of the "n00bs" over in the gt3 drifting section...."can you give me settings for this?", "whats the best car to drift?" its so damn annoying!!!!
