I tried to make a yellow racing stripe on my Esprit, just a stripe.

I couldn't do it, even with a mouse plugged in.

I spend a good 20 mins on a single stripe and I still couldn't do it properly.

the denso took me probably at least 8 or 9 hours. not CONSTANT...but working at my own pace. Dont remember how long the blitz took...not quite as long, its not as complex as the desno. the hardest part was blending the lines in the rear, cuz there 4 separater parts you have to paint on. the trunk lid, spoiler, front of the trunk and the bumper. that was a challenge, it sucks that i lost them all...i still have a replay w/ my blitz tho
 
This may seem like an odd question, but how low do you guys set the ride height? I always set mine to -30mm because it looks awesome and doesn't seem to affect overall performance (wow, this game is quite unrealistic if I can get away with this:lol: ). The effect is most noticeable with overfender, and/or aero parts.
 
Isn't -30 the lowest? I set my supra to the lowest setting once to race that wanderer and the handling sucked. Most of mine are set with -15, maybe I should try a little lower.

On another note, I managed to get the Engine Swap for my S13. It has a turboed V6 (I tried the I6 and it didn't handle too well) it's now quicker than all my other cars because it's so light.

Oh and does anyone know the exact parts to make an re-amemiya fc and fd? If anyone could list the part numbers i'd gladly apriciate it.

Ahh, no that's fine.

I wonder if TXR3 has those rear light cover things that are on the FD.

Oh hold on it does.

Edit: Damn! it's not exactly the same, I wonder if I can paint over the black bit.

Hey! I just bought this game today and its AWESOME!

I started out with the Chaser and I have 391 bhp.

It's an ultimate sleeper! All black with black wheel with black lights!

I started in Tokyo and I have the Bllod hound boss left and a team to beat.

One thing I dislike, the game is like if you were racing in a hall, I mean their's no background or anything.

Good game anyway!
 
Argh! I just tried the inifinte money code to see if Whirlwind fanfare would be available. I raced her and then saved the game by accident.

Now I have infinite money and I don't want it!

Grrr. :irked:
 
I'll try to post up some pics of my Team Falken 180 later tonight. Im workin on an RX7 that I wanna try to finish up too, just started it last night actually. Its nothing special, not really modeled after any real world cars, I just wanted it to look like somthing you'd see in a tuner mag like Super Street or SCC. Its nothing flashy, but I didnt want it to be. Anyways, look for some pics probably later tonight

I didnt know what to put on the rear, cuz I could never find any pics of it, so I just threw a Blitz on there. And i love this bumper cuz if you notice, it has no license plate, and i took the plate off the front, so my car has no plates!! :D

I wanted to go "tuner" w/ it, but also try to not make it all "fast and furious" style. while there are the stickers on there, theres no crazy graphics on the side and the body kits pretty clean, so i think i did alright. And before anyone says anything about the NOS, 1. i needed somthing small and simple to put in there, and 2. the boost button is pretty much like NOS if you ask me :D

So there they are, my 2 latest babies. They should tide me over for a while, i just have to beat the game again now so i can get money to buy more cars. I know i want my Blitz skyline back, I dont know if i have the patience to try and make the Denso again tho. Anyways, lemme know what you think :)
 
yeah, the denso definently was my greatest achievment..haha. there really wasnt anything too difficult about these cars. but they still look good none the less :D
 
Nice cars there IDAFC21. Indeed, you are the Body shop god. My latest work in TXR3 is my AXIS 350Z. Looks good, and its 1.25 seconds quicker than my Yashio Factory Skyline R34. And the 350Z has only 590-620 around there horsepower.
 
Nice, i was thinkin about making the axis 350, never really felt like it tho...hmm...gotta think of what to do next


you know, looking back at the pics of my fallen denso....i must have that car back. it was taken from me far too soon, hell i barely had time to break in the new engine i had swapped in after i had got done painting it. i will make that car again, one of these days after i beat one of these cities and build my funds up. I just hope i can make it half as good as i did the first time. Hell, i already did it once, hard parts over now, just gotta look at the pics and do it again. hehe
 
:D I am a huge fan of TXR0. I mean i play it everyday. I had no clue that #3 came out. By the looks of it i am missing out on alot. I checked all the stores in my city and i cant find a copy. Does anyone know where i can purchase a copy?:confused:
 
EB Games has it. I had mine preordered from there before it came out. You should definently get it, if you like TXRO you wont be disappointed w/ this one.

As for me i just swapped a brand new race prepped rotary into my RX7 :D Its about as fast as my Falken 180 now. Its a nice jump goin from about 318hp to 650+hp...hehe
