Mine works fine. I usually keep all my "Showy-painted-nice'' cars in my Sub garage, and all my funtional tuned nciely crs in my normal garage..
 
Change Cars, Sub Garage, select the car you wanna put in your subgarage and then pick the spot you want it to be. :) takes up alot of memory, though..
 
i fell victim to sudden-loss-of-sub-garage-syndrome. i lost a gt40 with a swapped engine, and the lancer turbo ex i started the game with. i loved that lancer... the gt40 can rot in hell though.

anyways, i painted my wrx and i think its post-worthy. i have a digital cam and i was wonderin if anybody had any advice for getting the best shots... mine are all glare-y and stuff.
 
tv shots are hard get, just make sure the flash is off, and that there no background lights shining at the screen, thats probably about the best you can do
 
What is the maximum level engine tune you can get? I thought I was maxed out at 8 and then I unlocked 9, does it go any further?
 
Ahh, ok.

I kinda wanna make some videos of this game, I have a few friends playing this game. Mind you they are all like way behind me.
 
Great..er, not so great minds think alike. I want to make a video, also, but I'm lazy. I do other things when I'm not supposed to, and I get up to pee every 3 minutes, so I wont make a video.

PS. Does anyone have a nice side(s) shot(s) of the Camoflauge RE-Amemiya FD?
 
The FC and the Chaser are the 2 best car you can get at the begining. Right now, Im running my Pitch Black FD3S with a RE-A kit on it.
 
Ok. I created another custom car.
This one, I copied it from a NFSU car.

It looks riced, but I love it.

My second car.

Btw, I already engine swapped my Evo V. Now I am using this car, until I eventually max it out.

Awesome. I love it! It don't look riced. But that NOS job looks great!
I have the same rims on my RX-7. But my car has my name in Japanese on the side which makes me love it even more. BTW, its Black.
 
Nice job. I would have pictures of my Camo- FD, but this is what happen: My file was corrupted, so I started a new game. No big deal I was planning on doing that anyways. I cheated, use my GS and got my FD as a first car. Did all the possible upgrades to it, and got my bodykit that matched the car best. I painted the entire car for about 3-4 hours, all the decals and all that jazz. I go to save my game. Guess what? insufficent space..so I went into my GS and deleted EVERYTHING ('Sides FFX And FFX-2). So..yeah. My day was grand , how about yours?

Whoa.....That sounds like the Aftermath of Friday the 13th. :lol:
I had a great day. Started another file. Started in Nagoya, then beat that, went to Osaka, beat that, now im about 78% into Tokyo. I still have another round to go before I beat all the bosses. And better yet, I get to race the mighty West #5 Corvette Again.:trouble: Im running a pure black FD3S with my name in Japanese on both front fenders. It looks great. I love it. I also just threw on the HKS Power on my side skirts. You'll see a picture of it prolly this up-coming saturday.

Please don't tell me that you're that stupid. Not all NOS is alike.

The NOS you use in your vehicle is nothing like the stuff they give you for Dental work. They have similarities in their genetic makeup, but they are by no means the same. The NOS in your car won't knock you up, like you think it will.
 
Meh...what does the turbo boost do when you hit select? gives you a short burst of power...what does nos do? gives you a short burst of power. in my opinion, the boost is LIKE nos. now dont misquote me on this. i didnt just say the boost WAS nos, it just provides the same results.
For a better answer of why someone would have nos written on their car since its not in the game, My reasoning is that i needed somthing that was small, and easy to fit in that space, and i was going for a tuner car type look. And tercel driver said he just wanted to recreate a car from NFSU...its just a matter of looks in this game, trust me I dont claim or feel that my car is any faster because of that addition :lol: And believe me...the rivals dont care what you have written on your car...haha
 
Sometimes. One guy pop from his car and was like, "Dude, you have naaaaawwwwwz?!" And I was all, "yeeeaah, and the NOS sticker and the Vtec sticker on my Toyota adds at least 50 hp at the wheels! take a look at the dyno sheet!"

short boost? the turbo boost isnt short unless you hit the button for three secs then hit it again to turn it off.. its not like nos..cause leave your turbo on you will get boosst untill you turn it off..
