Sounds like it could be true. The other bridge leading out of San Fierro is based on an actual bridge in Scotland, so maybe this could be another of R*'s efforts of injecting some of Scotland into San Andreas.

But we still need actual evidence of course.

I live like 10 mins down the road from these bridges, the road one in GTA is the "Forth Road Bridge" and the red railway one in GTA is the "Forth Rail Bridge"
the Loch Ness Monster myth could be true then...
even though Loch Ness is miles away from these bridges in real life

*NEW* Ghost water: Go to a small lake where you can find a Quadbike. Drive something into it get out and look under the water. There is nothing there besides the landscape of rocks etc.

The game sold something like 15 million copies and there isn't a single screenshot of of this phone booth? Not even from the PC version where all someone has to do is hit the "print screen" button as proof?
 
I know what I saw. It was back in May(this year).

I went to my friends house one day, and took my GTA SA game to his house. We started playing around random(1 player). I was on his computer and he was the one playing GTA SA. I wanted to look for info on mysteries of the game. THen when I found some info, I'll tell him where to go. So he got a "Hydra" and jumped off, and he landed on area 61(or whatever) he was running and then he said "Hey!...dude look! Why is there a phone both right here?" Then I said "I dont know.... its problably there for a mission or something".

THats all I remember. I remember this almost good because it was weird and I was wondering why is there a phone booth in the middle of the desert.

I've been up and back to the Big Ear probably dozens of times and nothing strange has happened. Instead of teasing us, why not telling us what happens so people can try to experience it for themselves.
