Forgot to upload my best move from the last race of the championship. It's recorded with my phone but you can see clearly what is happening.

Third and I had the best battle I had online for sure! For 14 laps we were on top of each other.

That was a good pass on me Goodwolf!

Pewh... so I finally finished off the Nürburgring 24Hours A-Spec event. What a chore that was!

Here some fun little facts of the event:

Car Used: Mazda RX-7 TC with Engine3 upgrade (only noticed after the race).
Opponents: Audi R10 TDI (2nd,+18sec), Peugeot 905 (+1Lap), McLaren F1 (+2Lap, 4th), Pagani Zonda LM, 2x Audi R8 LMS, Citroen GT, Ford GT40, Corvette C5, the Lister and the D1GP spec Skyline.

I only used the Racing Hards, Intermediates and full wets.

Total Time: 24:08:03.524 with 165 Laps run (8:46.2 per Lap average)

I did stints of 5 laps, the final stint I had to do 6 because I crossed stat finish with 32secs left on clock and the R10 just 22sec behind. The R10 did 4lap stints, the 908 5lap stints. Pace wise the R10 was about 4-6secs quicker a lap than me in the dry during its first 3 laps, the final lap of his stint I was 4sec quicken than it. The 908 matched my pace in the dry except for its last lap of the stint, where I gained about 10 secs on it. In the wet I obliterated everything. Sadly in the entire race I only had 4 stints of 5 laps on full wet and a stint before and after on Intermediates. To make matters worse it was right around the 10hour mark in full dark. Oh well, not seeing the track because of the darkness made it quite the adventure as well. Before the rain The R10 was leading me by 3minutes, after the wet I was 1min40sec ahead and managed that gap.

Fastest Laps from me:
Dry/day: 8:08.003
Dry/night: 8:18.436
Wet/day: --- didn't happen
Wet/night: 8.54.621
Best outlap: 9:04.178
Best inlap: 8:17.648

Worst lap: 11:54.879 (Inlap with screwup during full wet mid night)

My cruising time was about 8:18-8:24. Sadly I screwed up on about 60% of the laps, manly due to fatigue towards the ends of the sessions. Some laps went past the 8:40s due to unlucky spins at some points. The mistakes kind of piled on each other during those laps. Laps with a single off at one point usually ended mid 8:20s.

Now I still have to find the time to do LeMans...thank god the track is less demanding. But these 24Hour endurance races are just way too long for a single player. Mad props to anyone doing these before the race suspension option...
 
Props to you for doing the ring first. 👍 Honestly the thought of 24hr ay the ring bothers me. Are the TC cars really that good? Or the AI that bad? I would have thought the LMP cars would have walked all over you, unless your some sort of ring master. In which case double props to you. 👍👍
 
Awesome report from your N24 race Third. Respect to you for undertaking this race. The last race of SC was only last Sunday, so you must have put in some serious sessions to clock up 24 hrs in less than a week. Thanks for sharing this experience with us. 👍👍

Not long to go until our first timed runs at Spa. Room will be open in 15 minutes.

Good racing guys! I thought i'll be much slower on dualshock, but it wasn't so bad. :)

First dry runs at Spa were good fun. Some super times posted tonight. It was good to see new racer Kid252 join us for his 1st Sunday Cup experience.

We ran 3 lap races, and the times are as follows...

Enjoyed the racing last night guys! What a track! The Evora feels great here!

Ive already got something planned for the time of the Spa race so I wont be able to make it.

I Didnt record it as it was a live stream, but we did get a good few mentions. I have corrected the 282 in the post with the lap times.

Just ran a few races with Weescotman on the RH tyre. Some updated times after 4x3 lap runs moves the table a little, in blue text. There will be more practice sessions this coming weekend, stay tuned for details.

More practice for the Spa endurance race is planned for this weekend, and it will be great to see some more times added to the list. The race is on the 23rd June, and it will be the last SC race until after GTAcademy has finished.

However, Sunday Cupper GOODWOLF is going to be running a 5 race cup on Friday evenings starting on the 28th June, using a highly tuned fiat 500 on a selection of tracks with heavy damage. The grid is filling up quickly for this fun series. Check out THE TROPHY FIAT 500 CUP and get on the grid whilst there are still some spaces.👍👍👍

Ran a few more laps with Capt Gary and Will tonight. The weather was set to 50% and 5/10 changability. We didnt see any rain, but we only ran 3 lap races. Will bettered his time in the third 3 lap race. In the first race he earnt the the new nick name The Flying WeeScotman.

On to practice sessions this weekend. Friday and Saturday will see us running sessions, and experimenting with the weather. There will be no practice on Sunday, as its the Canadian Grand Prix.
