Great, It just so happens I have a vacancy. Send me a PSN friend request to Ade3210. Practice session on Saturday at 8.00pm if you can join us. If you need any help with set up, I normally have a bit of practice on Thursdays aswell.

sure will do, thanks 👍

......I normally have a bit of practice on Thursdays aswell......

Not looking very likely tonight. Been installing all the updates for GT5 on my other (hopefully fixed PS3) since 3.30 pm. 18 in total and now on number 10, @ 38%. Then I have to install the game to the PS3. So I probably wont get to see if its fixed tonight. I cant even use my normal PS3(my sons), as the disc is in mine. GRRRRR

It's 10 km straight through the forrest...but my mates and I will recover over a dinner and a lot of lagers!

We will see in what condition I am on Sunday night... :)

Good luck, Im sure the thought of 20 pints of larger will help you to finish line 👍👍👍.

Race weekend is here again. Its looking like another busy grid for tomorrows race. Final short race practice will be tonight at 8.00pm. This will be a hard race on tyres, with the extended laps, so pit strategy will be important. 27 laps on the soft tyre is going to be tough. This is a short fast track, and getting past backmarkers will come into play during the race. Remember the use of the concrete run off after the tunnel is not permitted.

Other news.

I have been working hard on The Sunday Cup S3 for the past few weeks. I value everyones participation in this series, and have kept the format pretty much the same as S1 and S2, but added a bit more emphasis to the upgrades to keep the series fresh:sly: I am sure you will all like it. I would just like to ask all racers how they would feel about adding a couple of extra races to S3? Make it a 10 race series instead of 8. I will open a poll for you to decide.

Might be little late for tonight 8 pm practice, voted 10 :D

No worries, room will be open for an hour or so. 50/50 on the vote so far. I will not be voting myself as I would like SC racers to choose this. I have plans for either 8 or 10 races next season.

I wont vote as I normally cannot make all the races so what ever is choosen I will try and make as many as possible.

10 races would be great, Personally i'd like to to Suzuka and Motegi next season. Very fun tracks to race on. Especially suzuka, such an awesome track.

Its race day again gentlemen. Dont forget that tonights race is 36 laps, with a minimum of 9 on the sports medium tyre. The use of the concrete run off under the tunnel, and the one after is not permitted. I will open the room early again this week, 7.30pm so we can get qualifying under way as close to 8.15 as possible. See you all on track tonight.👍👍

Problems with the servers.. After a few attempts I managed to get in but then got DC'd..

:grumpy:

Hope it doesnt disrupt our racing tonight. Room will be open from 7.30 racers. If we experience too many connection issues, it may mean postponing until next week. Hopefully we wont have to. I will try setting up a room later to see if its playing up. GRRRRR

Looks like I won't be able to make it regardless.. Got a plumber coming out tonight to try and sort my shower/hot water problems.. Or lack of it :grumpy:

Have fun guys 👍

Hi gents, my legs are totally destroyed after the running (even if I tried to restore them with several kinds of beverages) so I'm not on track tonight. :(

Good luck everybody! :):)

Well guys, its looking like the problems with PDs servers are going to cause us problems after all. I have tried creating a room 6 times now, and keep getting "an error has occurred in the lobby server (282)" I will keep trying, but it does look like we will probably have to postpone tonights race to next Sunday. We did have to have one postponement in S1, so history repeats itself in S2. I hate having to give you guys bad news, but I suppose its lucky that SC is every 2 weeks, and we can fit this race in without disrupting the last one. All this now that Dan has told me he cancelled his plumber and was going to make it. Sorry guys, will post again at 6.30 with final notice and message you all on PSN.

Damn PD and there servers.. :dunce: At least I got some hot water now.. And saved myself some cash by not needing the plumber.. :)

So will we postpone the race?

I have only managed to get into my own lobby once, despite about 15 attempts now, and then I got Dcd within a minute. Dan has told me he read a thread on GTPlanet sying the same, and other threads saying the room DCd racers after 25 minutes. As our race is about 50 minutes long, I dont think its worth even trying, as we will all be really frustrated and disappointed. I know its disappointing to postpone, but I would rather do it now, than later so that you guys can make something of your evening, instead of shouting at a TV when we cant race. Sorry guys, but the race will be next week.

RACE POSTPONED TO SUNDAY 14th OCTOBER.

Damn it may wait another whole week now  ah well nothing we can do I suppose. This is more than likely completly unrelated but Sky, at least where I am, wasn't working at all until half an hour ago.

I guess theres no point in trying again at race time just in case no?

Then maybe it's better if we postpone because we'll probably have problems later in the race.

Personally I think Goodwolf is right. Even if we could get in a lobby there is always going to be a big chance of disconnections which could affect the results of the championship.

I agree.. Best wait till next week.. It's a shame because I had some really good pace earlier :trouble: Until I got DC'd.

Good decision. See you soon for some extra practices. The Sunday Cup is ready for two great sunday's in a row! Let's make it a climax to remember!

Thanks guys. I dont like having to make decisions like that, but I think that its better to wait a week and have some quality racing, than risk it and some drivers loose out on racing and valuable points. Lets hope that PD get to work on this quickly.
