I'd be lying if I said I understood the logistics of how nighttime eternal would work in that regard. Not a patch on TNTNE, because it was lifted directly from Episode 2, but I suppose it is something we are supposed to just roll with.

Also I got bored and decided to start a short, episodic Octavia fic on my DA that will also involve Vinyl Scratch and maybe a few others. An unserious jobby that I don't have to worry about bloody star ratings and crap on. I.e., unless it turns out really good it's not going on EDaily. Too short atm anyway.

I also accidentally wrote Octavia's character as something crossing Berry Punch and Rarity atm.

That's the first time I've seen that comic Wiegert, and is hilarious.

Also, I like short stories, when well written, they sort of have a more immediate, appreciated impact(as BronyCray showed me).

Apart from that, a ponified version of Whiskey, whatever that is I'm pretty sure I'll be liking it a lot.

Whiskey, the thing that makes life 20% warmer in winter, is not a movie, but is significantly better.
(I shouldn't have it Italic though, but I really do like that kind of Friendship Lubricant).

^ Is a double sharp weapon, they are short and substantial, but often overlooked by it's simpleness. The only way that these kind of stories get some attention is when the author makes a name of himself, and not making a name of his fanfic, which is a huge problem, because a single long story, really makes it really hard to introduce new people into it(specially when each chapter is lengthy).

And in unrelated note, each story shouldn't pass the 14 chapters length, way too long for character development, unless is funny.

I think that depends entirely on what the story is trying to do. If it is planned out well enough that it can be long without being padded, I don't see how it makes any difference.

I'd also like to point out I may buy BC2 at some point after I get paid, (which is a feat for someone who is going to sleep after this post for reals.)

If only to see if it's as fun and assisteriffic as I am on TF2. Seriously, Sniper with the Piss Rifle and a good team is the road to assist heaven. Scout's also good with shortstop, sandman and mad milk for survivalism.

Of courrse Engy is terrible. I can't imagine the kid of nooby mcnooberpants that'd play that class!

So here is the situation:

I'm currently, or rather, I have been exploring Pinkie's personality (or actual mental condition), and one massive problem I found is that the writers are not constant with her because of her comic relief condition, this leads to many conflicts because while she serves as comic relief there is an actual background and development for her persona, she shows several symptoms for at least 5 mental conditions(or deceases), two of them can be connected to her past and character development while the other tree are just pretty generic mental conditions seen in plenty of other cartoons.

I want to work over her, I seriously do, but her actions on different episodes seem to contradict her conditions, initially I found this interesting but now I find this frustrating.

I mean, what Jim said the other day still holds weight. Personality flaws are not symptoms of psychosis.









So, first of all, "putz" is an inherently funny word. I laughed far harder than I should have when Trixie yelled it at Big Mac.
Second of all, and I'm now going to treat this as canon unless contradicted, when Trixie get's really pissed off, she turns into a Shiny Rapidash. Which may not have even been an intentional joke, but I still found it funny. Doctor Scraps said it was an intentional joke after I commented on it, which makes it all the better.
Thirdly: Pinecones!





I'm going to head to bed as well. Or, rather, I'm going to make a sandwich and watch TV for a couple hours, but the end result is the same.
