I was just watching Doctor Who. They were in, or, more specifically on, a Library. I say on because the Library was an entire planet.

I'm still transferring saves from my memory card to my PS3, and my Memory Card is a third party 16MB one so it won't work with the Memory Card adapter.

So, German Applejack and Raindow Dash... well, their voices just don't sound right to me, plus RD's laugh is just, weird. The voices of the other 4 ponies are alright though, especially Twilight's (and I'm still waiting for Der Groß und Mächtig Trixie to make her appearance).

Good morning.

Last night before I slept I read The Worst Bakers in Equestria: Luna version. Good stuff. Water catches on fire, tomatoes explode and other things that are funny happen.

@unit-one, from my understanding a Mary Sue can do anything. She can adapt to any situation and never has any problems.
The character maybe easy to write but the audience will hate her because they can't relate.

Applejack isn't that bad, but the way he writes Rarity makes her seem like someone else entirely; and it breaks the suspension of disbelief that was already strained since the first chapter. The ending is also pretty contrived in an attempt to make it as happy as possible.

I was playing WaW, while harassing Seth's re-readers to get my fic reviewed, (they actually liked it.)

Also wrote a DA journal, started a group, and solved world peace, hunger and overpopulation.

You were the only few people who was thinking straight, and by straight I mean not shipping Rocks with Rarity and shipping doors with Celestia, I get that the fandoom goes a bit wild with its shipping thing but now the fandoom ships everything that moves with everything that doesn't even move.

I still don't like it, and I just now figured out why: He's not writing the characters he says he's writing. Applejack isn't that bad, but the way he writes Rarity makes her seem like someone else entirely; and it breaks the suspension of disbelief that was already strained since the first chapter. The ending is also pretty contrived in an attempt to make it as happy as possible.

And you don't comment on PP, which was way more debatable(post-effects of not being the best pony). Apart from that, that fic was only Applejack, especially the first chapter which was just her with almost all the dialogue(something really annoying), however the portrayal was kind of correct due to the situation, Rarity got less "screen" time but she was still "on paper".

Second chapter kind of suck, because it deviated too much from its main topic and ended up to be another shipping, ironically is the first time I see that shipping in fics, from the ones I've read thus far.

If I could invent a machine that could transcribe stories into my brain instantly, I'd be happy; but as is I obviously had to read Heart of Gold first, and since Newsworthy was in the same update group I had two chapters of that to read. Then I read the RariJack, and now I'm on a story that I've had on the backburner since August 20th, and after that I'm going to read Breaking Bricks, and if I have time after that I'll get to PP (but I'll probably end up reading it tomorrow at school).

It was read that or go to ED and spend time going back a page or two to find PP.




Edit: Want to be a jerk? When someone asks you about why you like Ponies, make a bunch of jokes about watching it for the Plot but phrase them so they aren't jokes. A bunch of us are doing it to someone on another forum, and it is glorious.

Same. The latest series is alright I guess, but I don't feel as compelled to watch it these days. I've noticed that the story lines are, well, more complex than they were during Tennant's tenure as The Doctor as well. It's not necessarily a bad thing, I just find some parts hard to follow.

Well shipping didn't come to mind at all during the Rarity/Rock scene, but the DoorLestia scene on the other hoof did kinda bring shipping to mind (I could sort of guess that other Bronies would jump on that scene and start making fan art or whatever involving Celestia and the door). I know it is rampant in this fandom, but I don't mind it really, plus it can be hilarious at times.

Alternatively, you could also invent a pill that increases your brain's ability to retain information (yes, I watched Limitless earlier today). You would be able to read multiple stories in less than a day, and still be able to memorise everything that happens in each of those stories.

Take it as you want, it stops being funny when people implies sex between unicorns and doors, and that is just the start. There is stuff that can be phrased and stuff that cant, I believe that such things should be at least acknowledged.
