Your theory of the virus is correct however it's still impossible for a bite to fully infect when direct blood into their mouth doesn't. Your body absorbs through the eyes, nose, mouth, and even skin. If you stab or shoot someone as close as these people do that person's blood will go all over you. There is definitely gonna be blood residue on your hands since there is no soap to fully clean it off and the second you eat or touch your face whatsoever its gonna be absorbed. Not to mention these people's hands have to have little cuts all over them from doing hard labour all day the zombie blood would run down the knife and onto their hands into a direct wound. Again making this only bites and scratches thing impossible.

I got a question if anyone knows. Can the walkers smell you? How do they actually know you are alive because I'm thinking you could walk right into a bunch of them and act the same and they wouldn't know.

Could be a possibility, they had to cover themselves in their own guts to get to the truck.

I am glad I saw this thread pop up in my inbox with new messages. Had it not done so, I would have likely forgotten that there was a new episode tonight.

Totally thought Hershell was going to bite Lori's mouth off... 0_0

Lol ya I was like omg the whole time.

You guys see that camera angle in the bushes watching the lady cut open the walker? I wonder who that is gonna turn out to be. They also showed a camera angle looking out a window when Lori was talking to Rick. Possibly more prisoners?

Spoiler written in white text.

Another great episode! I thought Maggie was going to snuff out Hershel as a mercy killing. I really enjoy the scenes with Rick & Lori, the strange interaction between the two & how Rick is distant from her, I feel his pain, the hand on the shoulder while not looking at her was a great touch. 👍

Totally forgot about that. How did they not show what it is?

^ Well, judging from the small preview of episode 3 at the end of the 2nd episode I believe the camera angle from the bushes are people from the community shown in the preview where Michonne and Andrea end up. Which I can only guess has something to do with the Governor. :) This is all speculation, not sure what it really is of course.

^I didn't got to see the preview, but when the preview of the whole season 3 launched, Rick and the Governor are in front of the prison, claiming each is theirs, so yes I believe you are right.

The second shot mentioned out of the window seems to be a cinematic shot as it was static, opposed to the bush shot

It's also brilliant that they could save Hershal. Now they know what to do. Hey now you get 4 credits, continues, if you get bit in the "right place". Rofl.

Also second episode was brilliant again. Rick has become a real badass. I'm eager to see how the two fractions in prison will evolve. The 2 prisoners aren't gonna be happy with what they got now...

Finally got caught up on this show so I can participate in the conversations here now. Honestly not sure what to think of Season 3 yet, other than it's.....strange.

I feel like somethings going to happen to Carol, Lori, or Hershell...
:scared:

Edit: NOOO!!!!!!!!!! :(

Wow this is an intense episode!

Edit 2: Oh my god...

At least it's better than the first half of season 2. Nothing but drama and constantly looking for Sophia.

Well, I find it more enjoyable. Haven't seen today's episode yet. :ouch:

Agreed. Season 3 has a much faster pace to it so far, which I'm liking.

I haven't seen the latest episode yet (it airs down here tomorrow night) But I couldn't wait, so I've already read the episode review on another website. :guilty:

Ohhh boi, what an episode.

German Tv aired season 1 and two in a matter of 4 days. That was cool. Pretty uncut for german Tv too.

Andrea should finally die, she is one annoying caracter.

That was tough. The writers really know how to hit the darkest parts of our souls with this show.

Andrea should finally die, she is one annoying caracter.

I disagree. She's become stronger with each episode since learning to shoot a gun. It's not that she's annoying; her judgment is being clouded by the Governor.

There better be awards for that episode. Seriously, the writing, the acting, everything was perfect and turned hardened horror fans into shocked and personally involved balls of emotion.

Totally agree.... 3rd episode was mostly plot development and introducing the governor but this 4th episode caught me by surprise. I was sitting on the edge of my seat the whole way through! :p Ricks reaction is priceless and done so well. I just wonder what happend to Carol?!

a gun doesn't make someone smart.
She trusted Shane
She shot Daryl
She threatened the group with the walkers in the barn
She helped Maggie's sister commit suicide.
She wanted to commit sucide.
She threatened the group with how she handled her dead sister
and many more
....
And most importantly she disrespected Dale.
And now she threatened Michonne life by trusting the governor and Merle. Seriously she trusts Merle, the guy who lost a hand because of that group, her included. She's not even suspicous. ?

First episode that's made me cry.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LORIIIIIII !!!!!!!

🤬
This sums it up for me.

And not knowing about Carol's life status is KILLING me. They show her leaving alive but she pulled a pretty good disappearance. I do hope the search is not like Sophia's. Make the search part just a fraction of the next episode and move on...
