Well, i completely lost the plot here for now.. i guess a announcement in english should clear things up a bit more (translator guy, where aaaarrrrreee you?).

At least they are keeping things interesting.. tomorrow is another day, today has been interesting.. but i keep thinking we'll get a full blowout at TGS in september.

Oh yes and GT5 will be the ultimate best kept secret. KY is laughing to himself now as the whole world is assuming a December release, when in his warehouse is holding millions of copies of GT5 all packed and ready to go and be bundled with the PS3 Slim. Forget the advertising and preorders, no this GT5 launch is going to be one a a kind. The first in history, and KY, PD and Sony will make history once again.

Yst GT5 could be released anytime now. I better run to the shops and wait in the queue, there probably is a huge queue already. Ahhh crap! I'm drooling all over the keyboard again. I hope the manager didn't see me fall asleep on my desk. :lol:

You guys are dreamers until the end, perhaps not a bad way to be, GT5 reality is years of long wait, no release date and no concrete features yet. Puff! Sorry.:) Keep dreaming, maybe one day it will come true. I for one hope it does.;)

We already have very good translations, we need a employee from PD to explain us what they exactly meant. lol

I hope we will get a clarification tomorrow.

EDIT: Japanese site still without the news.... i doubt it will be changed anymore until tomorrow.

Right, i have not been online for the last few 30 pages, so i just went with what i have read on the news section of GTplanet.

Weird though.. as GT4 has what.. 40 tracks? individual tracks mind you, not variations.. and surely we'll get those and not just 20 tracks?

About the interiors.. i cannot see Kazunori releasing a game where not all cars have a cockpit view... i understand that not all cars will have damage and those cars probably don't have cockpit view damage either?

weird.. i can't seem to understand what they are doing with the game.. maybe we have hyped it too much.. let it grown into a monster, a entity and now the numbers are out, it falls short a bit?

I don't know.. i happy to read that there will be 1000 cars though, that is just crazy.. and 3D headtracking? NICE touch and might be worth buying a PS3 cam for that.

Same, 3:10 AM.. I could go to bed, or I could waste some more time trying to get some news..
And when I wake up in about 7 hours, probably nothing new came out I guess. By that time this topic has 528 pages lol.

It's 10am in Japan. We could easily get news "today"....time to pound those espressoes! ;)

I have to stay up a bit longer, so I'll sleep long enough to wake up and hopefully see some GT5 game play footage.
 
Again, before any of this was released, we all agreed that if PD does damage, it will be done right. If 170 cars have damage, that equals LMAO. Hopefully the other 830 have some sort of damage, even if it's not visible from the inside or actual interior damage (windshield, dashboard, etc).
