Apart from Mexican soups, the single most worst meal I've ever had consisted of an octopus arm, disenjoyed in a restaurant at the French coast. I believe it tasted like rubber.
danoffI think it's fair to say that I come from a family of terrible cooks.
phat_pengiunProbably, like G.T, it was salad. I throw up at the thought of salad, i just cant eat it.
Oysters are awesome!smellysocks12I also ate oysters one... well at least I tried to eat one, but I really couldn't swallow it. I never tasted something that gross, even worse than rotten eggs. It's like eating snot with sea water. Yuck.
I like lasagna with cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Cuts out a lot of the fat, but keeps a lot of flavor. Funny thing, si that my mom makes it that way, too.Solid LiftersAnything my mom made growing up as a kid was pretty terrible. She couldn't even make a bowl of cereal. Seriously! She added milk to a bowl, then poured in the cereal.
One time, she made lasagne with cottage cheese instead of ricotta cheese. It smelt and tasted like baby puke. I'm not kidding. Don't believe me? Make it one day, and then you'll see!
When I was 15 or 16, I made "homemade" chili. Only, I used "Chile Powder" instead of "Chili Powder." Big mistake.
