Apart from Mexican soups, the single most worst meal I've ever had consisted of an octopus arm, disenjoyed in a restaurant at the French coast. I believe it tasted like rubber.

A bowl of Salad I'm afraid. It was absolutely disgusting.

You Forgot To Use Spock Case In Your Thread Title.

The worst meal of my life was probably at a wedding reception. Everything was done on steam tables and everything was just cooked unto death. They might just as well have put it all in one big pot and boiled it together. In fact, the menu was supposedly much the same as the one in the best meal of my life.

The worst meal of my life has to be the the time when my sister cooked for the family. She put together the most awful combination of peanutbutter, chicken and salad... I ate very little. It was disgusting yet really bad for you - the worst possible combination.

Much of my mom or my sister's cook qualifies as the worst food I've ever had - and I grew up eating it. My dad's BBQ isn't good either (goes in meat, comes out carbon).

I think it's fair to say that I come from a family of terrible cooks.

...must make a mental note: politely decline any invitation to go round to danoff's for dinner...

Worst meal I had was at an Italian restaurant in Amsterdam. We started with a salad, but I thought something smelled funny... I just ate it because I didn't really notice because of the vinegar. But when I closely smelled a piece of egg it just smelled rotten. Disgusting. We got a new one, a fresh one after we let the manager know (who was really upset knowing that we received such nasty food)... but that didn't make me feel any better because I already ate it. I never got sick of it, but the idea was gross.

I also ate oysters one... well at least I tried to eat one, but I really couldn't swallow it. I never tasted something that gross, even worse than rotten eggs. It's like eating snot with sea water. Yuck.

Octopus arms are delicious compared to that.

Hmmm... it's either the time i was over at a friends house when i was younger. And his mum made pasta with yoghurt on it. :yuck:

Or the time i was in a resturant and ordered a prawn cocktail, they put sour cream on instead of marie rose :yuck:

Probably, like G.T, it was salad. I throw up at the thought of salad, i just cant eat it.

I don't know if this counts as a meal, but when I was about 6 years old I had some sugarpuffs. Unfortunately we were out of milk at the time and the only thing that resembled milk was cream.

So I had sugarpuffs in cream and never ate cream again because of it. Hope this helps.

Eat your salad damn you. I'll make you cry radishes.

Mmmm radishes.

Oysters are awesome! :D I'll take oysters over clams any day.

Frozen Sausage and Cheese Pizza where all the Sausage was clumped up in the middle, still cold after baking it, and the sausage was past its prime.

I ate 1/2 of a blueberry muffin before I noticed it was growing fuzz. I should really put my contacts in before I eat. It didn't taste too bad though.

The worst thing i've ever eaten? I'm not even sure what it was, it could have been any mixture of things the cafeteria was serving that day, but after I drank it I was $5 richer. 👍

Anything my mom made growing up as a kid was pretty terrible. She couldn't even make a bowl of cereal. Seriously! She added milk to a bowl, then poured in the cereal.

One time, she made lasagne with cottage cheese instead of ricotta cheese. It smelt and tasted like baby puke. I'm not kidding. Don't believe me? Make it one day, and then you'll see!

When I was 15 or 16, I made "homemade" chili. Only, I used "Chile Powder" instead of "Chili Powder." Big mistake.

I like lasagna with cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Cuts out a lot of the fat, but keeps a lot of flavor. Funny thing, si that my mom makes it that way, too.

Hmmm, alright.

So, how do you get past the terrible smell and taste? Is it something you have to 'aquire' to, like sea urchin?

I honestly can't think of the worst meal I've ever had. I've had some pretty bad meals, like my mom's attempt at homemade macaroni and cheese (probably the only thing she's made that I actually found to be truly bad), and my dad has made some pretty bad dishes too, but I can't think of anything that stands out enough to be the worst thing I've ever had.

LMAO @ Kid Cuisine. those things are absolutely horrible. everything tastes like rubber, and it gave me violent malicious diarreah for 2 days; The force of which could kill a small animal.

Hahaha same with me! I will never forget, I was 10, at a "grown-up" party, and I got served Salad (which I hated at the time) with a GALLON of vinegar!! OmG, I never hated a cook more than that time...

Worst meal of my life..... This is quite easy for me. :guilty: One hot summer night, I purchased a pack of sushi around 10, 10:30 PM. Kept it in fridge and ate it past midnight. I did notice fishy smell(stronger than usual), but didn't think anything of it. Tasted fine, going in. Soon after, I was the sickest mother on the planet for almost a week. Let's just say that I was sooo sick, I wished I was dead. :yuck:

When me, my sister, and a few friends were younger we blind folded one of us, then got the worst foods from the kitchen and fed it to one of us, we all took turns at being blind folded. I almost threw up after being fed that powdery stuff, with soda in it, forget the name. We gave one of my friends detergent, speaking of which, its his birthday today.

OMG— I did that exact same thing 2 months ago—and I just turned 16. :dunce:

But um, worst meal ever? Anything with shrimp, or mushrooms, or identifiable eggs in it.

the worst thin gi ever had... hmm, i think it would have to be a pizza i ate at this place called La Mole, in my home town of Rio. The crust was about as thin as your nail, the cheese was horrible, it had no sauce and there was enough oregano to feed a pig :yuck: 👎 👎 :yuck:
