Well, I'm looking at your account right now in the Administrative control panel, and it looks perfectly normal to me. Could you please post the exact error message you are getting, and how exactly you are trying to access the account?

I log out of cerbman1 and try to log into cerbman. When I try to log in it brings me back to the log in page saying Unregistered.

I've just tried again, but this time it looked as if I'd got on, but as soon as I clicked GTP Forums it took me back to the log in page saying Unregistered.

OK, I think I might see the problem here. You're using the website through AOL's proxy server. You could try clearing your temporary internet files and your cookies as suggested in this thread, but I'm not sure sure if it would help or not. Nevertheless, give it a shot and let me know if that helps.

Sorry to say, SS, but you're rude. I've said it before, and i'll say it again; obviously sn00pie makes a valiant effort at making sense, in a language he doesn't even speak on a daily basis (correct me if I'm wrong). Guess it's normal to make a few spelling mistakes once in a while, no? I say you should concentrate your "Nazi" like spell check on other members that are more in need.

Can "cerbman" be cancelled or "cerbman1" have my normal E-mail address? Because of what's happened it won't let me change my E-mail address of "cerbman1" because "cerbman" has it.
"cerbman" won't log in and has my normal E-mail address.
"cerbman1" works perfectly, but have an alternative address.
Can this be sorted please, I don't mind which one I have as long as it works.

OK, I just changed your email address for "cerbman1" to the one you had set for "cerbman". So, really, now they both have the same email address.
