Already ordered GIMX after saw this video. The idea is to fool PS4 thinking a G29 is connected via the USB. Then on PC just map whatever devices you have.
I'm not sure how to give you tips but i heard that Drive Hub is pretty good choice.Hello guys. I have the Logitech Driving Force for PS2, can anyone point me in a direction to use it on GTS.
I checked it and my wheel is not listed, and for the price i'd rather buy a new wheel.I own the Logitech Driving Force GT (Waiting to get a good wheel set up) and thanks to using adapters and GIMX software, i managed to make it work like a G29 back in the closed Beta of GT Sport.

The adatper I bought from GIMX costed $20 I believe.I checked it and my wheel is not listed, and for the price i'd rather buy a new wheel.
GIMX does not list mine either, but maybe I'll give it a try building it DIY...
They are asking 30 now :\The adatper I bought from GIMX costed $20 I believe.
I think cronusmax is better and easier to setup
Cronusmax and Drive Hub do not support direct drive wheels.Think it's even easier to set up with Drive Hub. I'm using self-assembled GIMX with my PC.

The OP intended his post to be directed mainly towards Direct Drive wheel users. We are aware of Drive Hub and yes it's easier to use, but like the poster above said it is NOT compatible with DD wheels.
Anyway I've been playing GT Sport with my Leo Bodnar wheel and it's nothing short of orgasmic.
Here's what I wrote the other day in another thread:
++++
OK guys here's the deal...
I hate to *that* guy, but have to be blunt. If you want the best out of this game, you really really REALLY need to save up or do whatever it takes to get yourself a Direct Drive wheel! There are a few people I know who are using a DD wheel and all of them will tell you that this game is SUBLIME with one! Some are using an OSW while others are using an Accuforce. I'm personally using a Leo Bodnar.
After playing GT Sport at a friends house on his Thrustmaster T300, I can tell you from personal experience that ANY issues or complaints you may have with the force feedback in GT Sport, whether it be not enough strength or not enough detail from the car or the road, all boils down to your wheel. Thrustmaster, Fanatec, and Logitech....all of these wheels are good wheels but once you play GT Sport with a DD wheel it is like night and day! The amount of torque and detail is on a whole 'nother level and it's not even close!
Please guys, trust me when I tell you that it is worth doing WHATEVER it takes to get a direct drive wheel. Even if it takes a year of saving up or selling your real car, so be it. Once you experience playing GT Sport with a DD wheel you will never go back to the likes of Logitech, Thrustmaster, Fanatec, etc. That I can promise you!
Just have to say yes a Dd wheel is obviously awesome. But the fact is gt has poor ffb coding it's not the wheel i use a fanatec csl. And it's fantastic in Assetto on PC. I'm sure a dd would trump even that but.... I don't personally need more. Just my .02c in summary pd spent five years on photo mode and botched up their ffb coding imo.
So how easy is it to using the GIMX is it plug and play ? I saw they sell a plug now for a few bucks. Will that make it easy to use for any DD and PS4?
Hi ! I have problem map VRS pedalele.. the utilitar map is ok but in game pedale wont work !! Help me pleaseI'm on Simucube Steering wheel and Heusinkveld Engineering Pedal on my PC and will give GT Sport a shot using PS4 Slim edition and GIMX. It has the configuration tool that I can map the pedal travel/deadzone/ffb strength which quite a plus for me.
Hmm, I'm not sure bro. Check to make sure the inputs are read as axis commands and not digital, and check to see if they're being read correctly in the GIMX config editing software section.Hi ! I have problem map VRS pedalele.. the utilitar map is ok but in game pedale wont work !! Help me please
