Unhappyly my young brother has traveled and i let him took the ps2 with him. He will be back on Sunday, and then be sure i will try it. But i doubt i can beat your new speed! Awesome job. đź‘Ť

Hope you can get a new speed soon Ichi, this is going to be a battle of very small changes in the record speed! :D

Still fighting the server... It's working slightly better at the moment. I might be able to update in a few minutes.
EDIT - Still no-go... This is getting quite tiresome...

W00t! I got my PS3 today! GT4 works on it, but I dont have a mem. card adapter thing so I dont have a gamesave with all of my cars

Edit: Since this is a high-speed thread, I'll ask you guys about my problem.

Well, the problem is, my black GT-One is shaking like there's no tomorrow when I go over 300km/h. This is the first time its done this...prior to yestderday I didn't have a problem. I checked whether if the chassis refresher was on and it was. Here are the settings:

Tires: Front - Hard. Rear - Super-Hard
Downforce: Max at both front and rear
Spring Rate: 18.1 front, 18.0 rear
Height: 56 front/rear
Shock, bound: 9/9
Shock, rebound: 8/8
Camber angle: 2.5/2.5
Toe angle: 0/0
Stabilizer bars: 6/6
 
I have a THe Minolta Toyota 88c-v Race car and i got it to go 301 on the max speed tracxk and 308 when i did the track from origional circuits.

if you need proof tell me how i can get you the vids and pics because i have them.
 
The rule in post 1 statest that:

"All claims must have pictures for speeds 349.99mph&lower, and a video and picture for speeds 350.00mph&above."

i know its kinda not on the subject. im in the professional league racing a minolta toyota 88C-V Race Car '89. the last race that earns you the extreme races. in eed help on what to do because im going to race it in b spec. it is compleatly loaded with 1200 hp and the stock tires. what should i do?

'kinda not on the subject'? This has absolutely nothing to do with this thread!...
But, you can find your answer in either the GT4 General Discussion thread and several other of the stickied threads (at the top of the GT4 forum), or by searching for 'GT World Championship'. It's a much discussed topic, and I'm sure you'll find all the information you'll need. Good Luck:tup:.

You're damn lucky to get a PS3, Opendriver! And nice speed TEAMDiablo3; there's plenty more in it though.

i'm currenty working on a for me new car and so far i'm @ 356,xx mph. hopefully i can break the 360-barrier to be in the Club-360, if this club will ever exist?

Hi there TEAMDiablo3, nice to see a new member just come on in with a new speed, complete with verification - just a shame you then asked for help with a car after not much tuning! Well done with the R92CP, though, and it will be placed on the Leaderboard as soon as the server pulls its head out of its posterior.

I'm still alive. I may try to screw around with the Gillet tonight or tommorow, but I haven't had any time recently. I see 2078TM tearing some new speeds recently. Good job.

sorry about asking about the viper. I spent a wicked long time hypothesizing and testing the srt-10 viper to try to get it to 300mph. I guess ill have to keep trying.

EDIT: I spoke to soon, i just hit 320.29



you know what. i just hit 321.52, lol. and my camera died again. ill have to get the picture tommorow because i have to get to sleep so i can stay awake in math.

id just wait. i need to get some batteries which may take a while and ill be testing some more when i get home so i will probably break my 321.52 anyways.

i thought the wheelie glitch was impossible in gt4 but i proved myself wrong. i thought my car was actually getting real good acceleration until i looked up and saw my wheels completely off the ground. grrr back to the drawing board. i know to hit the high speeds you have to use all 5 gears but for my runs ive been using 4 because when i experiment with 5, the game keeps switching back like its stock settings and im only getting 60mph out of 1st gear when i have set it way far enough to hit 100 in 1st.

EDIT: figured out a setup that i can now REALLY experiment with for some speed. i used the same suspension settings but had to change alot of things so it wasnt cheating. I tested it in photo drive and checked the tires out at every concievable angle at high brightness and without a doubt the tires didn't lift of the ground.

Plenty of us could have proved you wrong :p why do you think we need video verification for all speeds over 350mph? :dopey:

Nice work, though, and good to see that you've done exactly the right things to make sure that the wheels were all on the ground. Well done.

A most obnoxious situation:

Got higher speed in the XJ220 (300.76 and there's still more in her:sly: đź‘Ť ,) and I took a digital photo of it, and some other random images I need uploaded.

Go to plug it in, and my USB cable is nowhere to be found. :ouch:

wtf, mate?
