I was wondering, that if you use a car ticket:
1. you will never get a DLC car with the ticket
2. you can get a DLC car if corresponding DLC pack is purchased
3. you can get a DLC car even if DLC pack is not purchased

Number 3 is the correct answer as some on here have talked about getting the NASCAR "Gamestop #20 car", but on the downside after exiting the game and returning the car disappears.

Both correct but if you are talking about getting cars from the recent car packs, then it's number 1.
