Felt like I knee'ded to at the time!why are you kneeing yourself in the face?
😂strong... strong..Felt like I knee'ded to at the time!
Ahhhh sorry mate, I saw you got into the 16s before I did and I was struggling just over 17.01; my apologies! Great great lap though, this one was very easy on a wheel so we were definitely at an advantage hereWell, there we go! Into the 16’s with a lap I feel really good about! Dantes of course had to come and rain on my parade but fair enough man, that’s a great time. Respect.![]()
This should be Donington Park. 👀 Yeah more tracks would be welcome.Ahhhh sorry mate, I saw you got into the 16s before I did and I was struggling just over 17.01; my apologies! Great great lap though, this one was very easy on a wheel so we were definitely at an advantage here

Will get stuck in to new trials soon, I forgot to post this yesterday but any (on topic….!?) guesses for where I was flying over yesterday? Let’s call it ‘tracks I would like to see on GT7 and have time trial events on’!

In honor of the latest Laguna Seca TT, which'll be my first TT at my home track, I share with y'all just how intimate I am with this circuit:

I appropriately dubbed this, "Corkscrewed."
😁
I did my solo cross country to East Midlands. Got so panicked when I was told to expedite my take-off to make room for the incoming 737, that I lost bearing and control had to talk me back to my route. More than a little embarrassing. They were kind enough not to share that little detail with my instructor though.Ahhhh sorry mate, I saw you got into the 16s before I did and I was struggling just over 17.01; my apologies! Why do you say that?27.5xx so far I believe. Not any real interest in chasing much more than that at Laguna. But...
Racing. 👏Tyres.👏 Do.👏 Not. 👏Belong.👏 On.👏 Road. 👏Cars.👏
That will be all.
In the game, I agree. In real life it’s basically how touring cars startedRacing. 👏Tyres.👏 Do.👏 Not. 👏Belong.👏 On.👏 Road. 👏Cars.👏
I feel like an overachiever nowJust checked the times, I feel a bit relieved now - did a 1:31.7 in yesterday's practice run, so bronze should be "easily" attainable. Now, that I watched 2 lap guides I have to try to make it better, don't see myself achieving gold, silver maybe, hopefully...
Ahaha that’s amazing! We had a company 777 following behind us off the Atlantic, he was given delaying vectors when handed over to East Mids Radar… ‘you’re number two, behind a Cessna 172 on base leg’!Nice. I have a few similar ones from various tracks around the UK from my racing days.

I think the mustang is really hard on this one, i almost think VR is holding me back on it not for the same reasons as Tidgney but the snappy over steerThanks as always to @Tidgney and his tutorials but this week my skills are not as sharp as the track/car demands
1:29.1 optimal 1:28:7 even that it’s not gold. 1.000.000 this week.
I did it for an hour almost consistent 1:29 high always.
Far too twitchy and unforgiving for my liking. The road cars lose a lot of their natural feel and glide in corners when they're running on sticky putty. Why do you say that?
Which video are you talking about? And what about tire temps? I subscribe to his channel but couldn't find it?So the challenge at Seca, I just watched Kie's upload for this one, he is quite sure about the tire temp on the 1th, 2nd and 3th laps ..
You would think guys with somany miles do spot difference in grip right?
Personally not sure about this...... I mean I do hit almost all my PB's on the first lap.....
Deep Forest was a lap 1 and not to Shabbbyyyyy at all 🤣
but maby not hit restart tomany times guys?? 🤣 😁🫡
Just his lapguide on Laguna,Which video are you talking about? And what about tire temps? I subscribe to his channel but couldn't find it?
Wait, wait, wait....seriously? Tire temps are also simulated for the TTs, that I should be mindful of setting up for hot laps?at 3m35 he mentioned first lap is low grip and he claims lap 3 and 4 are far more grippy due to the higher tire temps the racing hards can handle or something
The DeLorean doesn't seem so bad, now that for the first time I got into the gold range legitimately. I guess it helps that it's not a powerful car. The Shelby is a different animal, I'm not confident that I can reach gold. I actually have to use TC (3) just to get around without doing donuts after every cornerWow. Which one is the worse to drive ? The DeLorean or the Shelby ? Can't decide.
After 250 km of suffering I managed a 1:28.399, just 3 tenths into gold. I hope the aliens hate this combo as much as I do and don't improve the WR too much. Really don't want to drive that car again.
But I'm not the only one finding this combo difficult as currently less than 5% of participants are in the gold range.
Definitely one of the harder TT's
