Try starting your sentence with a capitol letter and finishing with a full stop. He might leave you alone then.

AUP
You will not use “textspeak” (“r”, “u”, “plz”, etc.) in your messages. Decent grammar is expected at all times, including proper usage of capital letters.

You agreed to the AUP when you signed up, including the grammar part. If you're not going to follow the rules you agreed to, are you surprised that you're getting warned?

Here at GTP, we want to encourage quality discussions. Part of that is using English to the best of your ability. You agreed to the following when you signed up.

Acceptable Use Policy
You will not use “textspeak” (“r”, “u”, “plz”, etc.) in your messages. Decent grammar is expected at all times, including proper usage of capital letters.

You fail to adhere to this, particulary the punctuation and the capitalisation of I and the first word of a sentence. You were given a warning about this, which you failed to pay any attention to, so you were given an infraction. You still seem to be ignoring it. The AUP is there for all to adhere to and is not optional. Either you adhere to the rules, or you leave. If you continue to ignore us, you will end up being banned.

We're not asking for perfect English, and it's not rocket science. Just use your shift key and some punctuation now and then and we, and Famine, will not bother you. Ignore us and we will bother you. The ball is in your court.
