Just thought I'd say, if people's overwhelming negativity and whinging continues I got a mind to not continue this after GT5. People are NEVER happy. Ever.

~insert smart arse remark from a few people of "ofc, it's a Furi series"~

The whinging has started despite me doing what people asked! People WANTED tyre wear off, I turned it off. People WANTED the Scirocco out, I took it out! And yet it still seems to some to be whinge whine moan central. Seriously...

Again I say, if your a person who moans on and on then think about the person who has made the series. Hours of work have and are going on to perfect a series. If you don't like a series, why enter? If you moan at how the things aren't even then try making a series yourself. It's really hard to get things even everywhere and then when you get it just about right people still moan at something you've spent hours of your life making for them seems that its pointless that you've done all this work.

The real BTCC?!? Well I guess that settles it then, because after all, we ARE the real BTCC

If you're using a pad you wouldn't understand anyway.

There are 700, 800, 900hp racing cars in the game. Using racing med for what is a relatively low 305hp is just not realistic. It's 5 grades softer than the std tyre! I know that understeer/wheel spin is the affliction of the noob but jeez!

CR-Z doesn't make me feel sick it's just not at all rewarding to drive.

It's fine, I'm out now, forget about it.

Instead of moaning, you could focus on trying not to hit the inside barriers at some turns when racing online next time... the first Lesmo at Monza and the left turn shortly before T2 at GVE Reverse come to mind...

Don't get excited Pingu, I had terrible setups back then and I wasn't used to the ridiculous levels of grip. It just feels unnatural to be travelling so slow and be able to turn in as sharply as you can. By all means add me as a 'friend' and we can contest the next set of seasonal TTs if you fancy your chances? I should be easy meat for you what with me being such a hopeless driver.

And I'm not moaning. I just briefly explained why I didn't want to stay and wished the series (genuinely) good luck. You're all just making a big thing out of it. Akmuq said about the tyres being too much and I just said I felt the same way, that's all.

Ahh the classic TT off... Never gets old that... Big man behind his monitor...

Plux, not entirely sure where that came from.

Rob, your attitude might not have been too endearing but I've dealt with far worse.

Quits now people.

What makes you think you are so much quicker than everyone else?

I was just pointing out the pointlessness of this argument and your own self proclaimed ablity to beat people...

See, I don't see the point in going fast to solve an argument. I've refused to get involved with that before, even against some amazingly slow people, granted, its usually a race that gets offered up which 95% of the time ends in a crash by the person who makes the claim.

Speaking of the TT's, anyone else find the Jag @ suzuka impossible to turn unless you drifted for the lap? :dopey:

Good luck and all that jazz.

Yeah it wasn't the greatest balance. I just went really heavy on the rear brake bias. I also found ABS off for everywhere except the hairpin and Casio triangle to be fastest. Turned it on the throttle a bit, but wouldn't say it was exactly drifting. Not enough to smoke the tyres anyway. Tricky little TT for sure but definitely not as ridiculous as last fortnights F10 at a wet Spa. That was bonkers

Despite the rocky patches, I reckon we are in for a good season. Still a good size grid, some highly experienced drivers and car specs are pretty good as well.

I will miss round one due to holiday but hopefully I shall be here for the rest of the season 👍 If I can qualify

So a reminder that BMW, Ford, VW and Honda are all full.

I'll take that challenge ;)
