Oh baby, Oh baby, Oh Baby.

Doesn't look bad, obviously not a sports car but as cheap city car for wife, why not :sly:

I've just had a bit of a search on the Tokyo Auto Salon and it looks pretty crazy. Seems to be full of the kind of Japanese tuned and race cars that are in the GT series...some how I doubt there will be a TommyKaira Dacia Sandero:D

Looking forward to reading up on the show and not just for the GT5 news

Smart, stay away from GT5!
actually, I would like to see Dacia Sandero in GT5
First buy in career mode!

Totally agree 👍

I've got GTPSP, but I certainly wont be transferring credits or cars... wheres the fun in that?!

GT MODE is all about the arduous grind in rubbish cheap first cars, thats where the sense of achievement comes from!!!! (and if the truth be told you grow to love the highly-tuned cheapies!!!! or maybe thats just me...)

Here's a thought, we're expecting a blowout of information at TAS based on an interview given before Kaz knew GT5 was being delayed. Am I the only one thinking priorities will have shifted, and we'll no longer get the new info PD were going to give out? It's a little like how PD planned to release more info than they did at E3 '09, as shown by the leaked/mistakenly posted info at that time. On the other hand though, we might just get a new JP release date.

That shouldn't matter, unless there is another major show in JAPAN that would replace the TAS at a later time.

Before everybody gets too excited .... could it be McLaren they're finally 'officially' announcing?

They didn't officially announce Lamborghini either.

Their way of announcing new manufacturers is by showing the car ingame. I forget what they did with Ferrari because i wasn't really bothered then (i was still playing GT4 i bet). When they announce new manufacturers, what better way than to show the car in gameplay?

Is'nt Porsches exclusive deal with EA ending in March 2010, if i'm putting two and two together right GT5 was delayed from a March release and theyve jus announced a delay from March in Japan, so they may get porsche license from April 1 onwards??

I hope you're right!

Any sports game can get Porsche in it, its just a matter of money. And if sony didn't put up a large cash sum for GTAIV or Assassins Creed i doubt they will do it for a car manufacturer.

^ PD and Ferrari did alot; first was the announcement of the California and a double debut of the 458 Italia (along w/ Turn 10). Plus that Ferrari video from GT5P. :)

BT-> I'm not expecting anything 'big' at the TAS, it might just end up like from E3 last year, who knows!? :indiff:

-> I will not holding my breath for anything from PD as of the moment, it might be another major dissapointment. :indiff:

They presented Ferrari at the TGS 2006 with a render then they did this:

G4: What are your plans for Tokyo Game Show?

Yamauchi: At E3, we showed a concept video and this time at Games-Com, we have a playable demo with damage, and I think you can expect a similar major advancement at TGS.
And what we get?
I dont expect too much.
