Hi guys, any suggestions to complete this track?? I tried lots of car with 600pp setting, even the tune posted here, but it’s so tough, can’t win, only 2nd..550k reward🤤🤤

The Diablo make quick work of this race, I finished 15 sec ahead of p2. Bought a new spoiler and fully customisable transmission to alter the top speed a bit.

and thats all you going to say 😂 whats settings on suspension etc 🤔 just alter top speed 😂theres plenty of room for error there

I left everything default basically, just increased the top speed to 330 and set as much front and rear downforce I could without exceeding the PP limit.

just spent last of my credits tuning 458 crap, its over 600pp and no good with sports hard tyres

I did it with this, no pit stop…finally, got 825 for clean race too

You can run off the road, into walls and every car on track and still get the clean race bonus somehow in the 3 new races. I think PD did that on purpose just to get the people complaining about the lack of payouts to be quiet once and for all.
🤣

Tomahawk X with exploit transmission trivializes the race.

If not Tomahawk, aim for 2800-3200 lbs weight and 380-450 bhp power. Sport Hard for AWD and Sport Medium for RWD.

List of cars I won with:

Mustang Boss 429 '69
GTO '91
Testarossa '91
Evo V T.M. Edition '99
RX-7 '02
M3 '07
R8 '07
F-Type '14
Huracán '15
Mustang '15

The worst were Mustang GT and F-Type because they somehow can't hit high speed despite more power. Testarossa did it without aero(!). Best... R8.

Don't recommend FWD cars... Front tire wear is too much and understeer is horrible.

Use AWD cars like 22b/Evo V/GT-R R32 and winning isn't difficult. It's wet track, AWD is a no-brainer.

What level of fuel?

Thank you for the advice! What fuel consumption level do you run and how many pit stops?

All Fuel Map 1 and I stop on lap 7-9 depending on how good the car is with fuel consumption. With some cars like the Audi I won't even change tires, there's no need.

If you want to squeeze more time it's worth using FM1 on the straight and FM3 or 4 on the rest of the track.

Like hyperspeeder, I found the Testarossa fun for the 600pp races. I tuned most of the wildness out of it, slapped a set of racing Hards and still had room to up the torque and HP. The Lambo is just slightly faster than you, but with sports braking pads an LSD and brake Balance I was murdering him in the corners and brake zones

if you use the tomohawk get the IM tires as well. pit out after the 1st lap and switch to IM. this way you can get atleast 1 lap ahead the AI when you switch IM. Go back to RH in the 7th lap, thats when the road gets dry again and youll still make the clean race bonus. the whole prcess takes like 20 minutes

I tried the Aston Martin VGT,waste of 1 million credits.Downgraded to 600pp i found it slow to accelerate, poor in the twisty bits,on the main straight the other cars just came on by!It just didnt work for me.Ive bought quite a few`stinkers`so roll on the update so i can sell them back.
Apart from the Tomahawk X,i used the Atenza Gr3,steady pace and fuel map 1 just stopped for tyres,no fuel needed, around lap 8 maybe could have gone the distance on tyres. Also Supra GT500,steady pace again but no need to lower fuel map,no tyre change and last lap was a little sketchy but won on IM.

The Toyota f-r1 sports medium tires one stop around lap 7. I won by 15 seconds just taking it easy.

512BB '76 (Sport Medium)
Corvette ZR-1 '89 (Sport Medium)
GTO Twin Turbo '91 (Sport Medium)
Testarossa '91 (Sport Medium)
964 Carrera RS '92 (Sport Medium)
Supra RZ '97 (Sport Hard)
22b STI '99 (Sport Medium)
Evo VI T.M. Edition '99 (Sport Medium)

R8 '07 (Sport Hard)
GranTurismo '08 (Sport Medium)

F-Type '14 (Sport Medium)
Huracán '15 (Sport Hard)
Mustang '15 (Sport Medium)

Comments:

Viper is ridiculous, what a beast, monster of a car, Praiano needs to tune it, I seriously think this car can do 2:09s and 08s in more capable hands than mine. Also extremely economical. You shift when tacho bars turn red (early) and it can do 10 laps easily.

964 RS is currently my fastest car. Excellent in every way. It understeers at high speeds but it stays planted, so it isn't much of a problem.

Corvette similar to Viper, but slower. Might need a better build and tune.

Supra is a good car but needs more downforce, because standard body is already slippery, also the driving position isn't the best so it's hard not to hit the barriers in dash cam.

GT3 another favorite, the engine is very loud so it can get tiring to drive, but the car has an excellent chassis and the only reason it isn't faster is because it lacks top end at this level.

Maserati GranTurismo is incredible, very easy and smooth. I lowered wing compared to Praiano's tune to reduce understeer in high speed corners.

Subaru 22b is a good car, easy to drive, but lacks top end.

Ferrari 512BB is a car with potential, surprisingly economical so you can pit late, but unstable with default tune.

M3 E46 is similar to E92 but a bit worse because the engine is a bit lacking.

Other cars I tried:

M3 Sport Evo '89
(Sport Medium)
Alfa 4C '07 (Sport Medium)
Golf GTI '14 (Sport Medium)

M3 E30 has the handling, but no top end. Engine doesn't cut it. This car won't do well at this event. It can win, though.

Alfa same as M3, but engine is turbo so maybe adding ballast + power fixes the underpower problem.

Golf is fast but chews through its front tires and you get tons of understeer when worn. Not intended for 600PP IMO. You can run and maybe even win in it though.

Ending note, I could be running the Tomahawk but trying all these cars is so much more fun that I don't mind the slower credits.

Hello. I did it with the GT-R Nismo '17 with this setup.

One stop, no fuel saving. First stint you need just keep the pace since the other cars are going with sports softs. Second stint you will catch them. My fastest lap on that race was a 2.12.300.

I hope that can help. Cheers

Usually the AI cars make two pit stops. Use NSX 07, intermediate tires and set the economic power on 4/5, if you make only one pit you can win.

The Viper ‘02 is absolutely amazing. SM tires, some bolt on mods, and it’s fire. It is so balanced and amazing. I took 1st on the 2nd lap and never looked back.

I decided to try this one again. Sport Hards, fully built engine (300+ bhp DTM-style) and level 3 weight reduction. Redid the gearing so it stays up there between 6000-8000 rpm. Driven like a Honda but made by BMW. It's quick and wins without difficulty, but it's difficult to drive. You need to be very gentle with it.
