Toscana glitch out?

I saw someone glitched outside of the track last night..
Anyone care to divulge how?
I know the ways to do Spa,SSR5,SSRX,and Sarthe already.

Considering the track was probably randomly generated who knows? Unless the hit it going 999mph+ ..

I am hoping to get some epic shots using this particular track.. I know the others had some great spots off the map. The room did have some hacked cars so the 999mph is possibly the cause but the glitches didn't require it.
