Yep, part of. The walking GPS measurement in that video does not seems very accurate.

I don't know, Hockenheim seemed pretty good to me in Forza 4.
BTW, I find playing both GT and Forza to be complementing each other in terms of cars, tracks and features. Some cars GT only has in standard form, while FM has a full model, FM brings many fresh cars that were just released like P1 and LaFerrari, GT brings many odd cars from the past and new concept cars, in track lists apart from a few tracks like Laguna Seca, Circuit de la Sarthe, Nurburgring and a few others they don't really overlap, both have a good bunch of tracks that aren't seen in the other game, with features again FM has more extensive tuning and customization, GT has a really robust photomode and full day/night cycle and weather, and so on. I think the combined experience is pretty amazing.
