I watched the video. I missed his point, apart from the parts where he laughs a lot for no good reason and is frequently coughing.

I liked "GTPlanet? I hear you have, like, 15,000 members or whatever and to get on they get an easy ride on a certain track. Like, they can do whatever they want, even cut corners and stuff. What does that say about your site?"

It says that you're pulling numbers and noises out your ass. The Registry doesn't have anywhere near 15,000 members and the WRS section requires a pro physics, clean lap of Suzuka. The site doesn't have anywhere near 15,000 members either - but more in the other directions - and there's nothing to do with driving to be a member.

No, we ban people for not abiding by the AUP repeatedly.

"I hear Kazunori hates you. The developer who makes your game hates your guts."

Funny, 'cos when I met him on Wednesday during the only interview he gave at the GamesCom meet, he seemed to quite like us and thanked me in English (which is exceptionally rare for Kazunori) at one point.


I guess our continued existence winds up StiggyZZTopGT5 - much more than his video's intended impact.

Search for GTPlanet and arrange by date. I honestly wouldn't bother though.

It's a guy watching one of the GamesCom videos (Ford Mk4 at Monza), laughing, criticising every error and then reading out loud the bad comments from seven pages of Youtube comments - with the conclusion that Jordan should shut down GTPlanet because it's a mockery of Gran Turismo (which he repeats six times). It's the video equivalent of an audiobook of the ingredients on a packet of Jolly Ranchers read by Pee Wee Herman.

To go to all that trouble highlights that this guy has a few issues in his life that really need to be sorted earlier than later, and to be honest I really feel sorry for the guy.
