I bet the trophies will be so annoying to get and only the most hard work will get you a Platinum ! I recon there will be about 30 Trophies or less , Kazanori didnt seem to interested in them anyways .

Yes, like "finish all 24 h races in A spec mode" I don´t have a problem with that as long as I can save during the race.

I do not care about trophies becuase I know there are some impossible to get in every game.

I don't care about trophies to be honest, but probably 30 or less as EG6 said.
 
Whatever they are a GT5 Platinum will be for the hardcore!
 
1. Do a 24 hour race without pausing 👍
2. Race with a RWD car without any aids start from 16th and win.👍

To be honest i dont really swat for trophies, just want the game to come out!!

I wonder if GT5's platinum will be harder to get than Star Ocean 4 one (~1200 - 1400 hours average, and i would say, from all those hours, only about 200/300 is ok to play, then it's uber boring).

I sure hope so tbh, after all those years of waiting i wanna get 1000% from GT5 and it better be at least 1k hours long for it. ^^
And i really hope that every online related trophy will be easy to get, because i don't really want to play GT5 online. I'd rather complete a few 24 hours races, than 50 online races. =)
 
Hmm.. Burnout Paradise was a big game, it had about 70 trophies I think. I certainly hope that GT5 doesn't only have like 30 trophies. That would suck. 100-110 or so is what I'am hoping for.

And alot of different things to do.. like driving 10 laps 'round Nürbürgring in a go-kart. Or win a race without touching any of the other drivers. Win a race witch all assists off. Own ALL cars.. that'd be a tricky one...
 
I think GT5 will have quite a few trophies, because of the sheer amount of content there is. Don't forget there will probably be separate trophies for arcade and online too. There has to be PS3 trophies for all bronze, silver, or gold license trophies too. Money, number of cars, number of races, race win streaks, 24h race completion, big race series completions and wins, etc. I bet there will be atleast 75 trophies.
 
I wouldn't be surprised if they have a lot. A serious guess is probably (without classification):

-Reach 200mph
-Reach 249mph
-Modify a car over 1000bhp
-Drift over 25,000pts
-Drive a total of 24,000 miles.
-Drive a total of 100,000miles
-drive for a total of 200hrs.
-drive for a total of 500hrs
-drive for a total of 1000hrs
-get 2 seconds of airtime in one jump.
-Accumulate 10mins of airtime
-use 100 tanks of fuel
-change tires 150 times.
-Accumulate a total of 100,000 pts drifting.
-Accumulate a total of 500,000pts drifting.
-Accumulate a total of 1,000,000pts drifting.
-Experience a rollover.
-Experience a total of 5 rollovers.
-Complete a clean lap.(no dropping tires, collisions etc)
-Complete a clean race of at least 5 laps.
-Complete a race event.
-Complete a rally event.
-Complete a drift event.
-Complete an Endurance event.
-Complete all licenses with gold.
-Create your own track.
-Win 5 online events.
-Gift 5 vehicles.
-Purchase every performance modification for a car.
-Complete Beginner Hall with all Gold.
-Complete Amatuer Hall with all Gold.
-Complete Expert Hall with all Gold.
-Complete Professional Hall with all Gold.
-Complete Rally Hall with all Gold.
-Complete Endurance Hall with all Gold.
-Beat the STIG's laptime.
-Get 25% completion.

Anything to add? And of course this is purely speculative.
 
Win a race? Win 10 races, 50, 100. Win a 24H race. Obtain the X1. Buy $1 million worth of cars. Earn 1 million in prize money. There's lots of trophies we could get. Win a NASCAR race too.
 
Make a online Race Division.
 
I have a feeling that trophies in GT5 will be one of two things:

a) Lots of easy trophies, with only one/two hard ones, added on late in development as an afterthought. (i.e. Win every race in a Championship)

b) Lots of extremely challenging trophies, with many obscure trophies (i.e Bronze trophy - Win Nurburgring 24h on A-spec)

Hopefully the trophies will be a mixture of both option a) and b).

By the way, Nice trophy ideas guys!

I think they want people to play with the X1, i cant imagine you only get it at 100%...maybe im wrong, but it should be a prize car for a series of huge races...unsellable....but not only at 100...
