At the risk of sounding goofy here it goes.

I awlays kind of wanted to see trucks in gt3(to some extent).
There was that Diahatsu in gt2, but I sort of wanted to see some sort of small/midsized truck. Like Nissan or Toyota.

I dont think the developers have time to put trucks in the GT driving sim. biut if they did have time it'd be just something to make me like gt3 more. But its highly unlikely it will ever... and i mean ever happen.

No, that's tripe. If you have one, you need at least one other one to provide it with competition - or at the least an alternative. This is why the Escudo doesn't work in GT3 - no alternative at all. At least the Cultus in GT2 was competition for it.

None, or some. One is dumb.

If PD does put trucks in GT4, it would only be the Ford F-150 Lightning, Chevy Silverado SS, and Dodge Ram SRT-10. Those are the only fast and heavy trucks.

Trucks would be sweet, I would love to race around in a Syclone or Typhoon, a V8 Dakota, or anything else.

i think it would be cool if they put trucks in like the new dodge SRT 10 Ram and the F 150 lighting, cuz those r more than just trucks, oh ya and the HEMI Ram

Well...that's the reason why you put tonneau covers on trucks. Heck, the SRT-10 has one that comes standard (and a wing too  ). Or, you could just open the tailgate, so you lose the airbrake effect. But.....that's illegal around here.....

You can see trucks in GT3. I see big trucks at the ends of the pits at several tracks ( R11 or R5 and Tokyo). I also see some small trucks around the Rally tracks. There is even several cranes positioned around the Cote D Azur I see.
Oh, I think you mean trucks you can drive. None of them.
Holden and Ford both make V8 utes in Australia that would be a good drive in GT4.

the more trucks teh better i say! heck.. anny car related vehicle is fine with me (no motorcycles tho) big rigs would be tight if they were in the game to!, cause. as u know they race those to. so i see no reason to keep trucks outa the game, just dont forget the craftsman truck series. (i dont really wach it, y'know, its nascar but slower)

now that i think of it, wouldnit it be awesome if nascars were on the game? the sound of the engine would be sooo cool! :D

You seriously want NASCAR in a GT game!? What is wrong with you! But if you want to race against cars that turn right go right ahead.

Why is that? whats so bad about nascars?

GT2 had a dragster and taht was cool, besides nascars can be setup for road courses.

Trucks woud be an excellent idea, esp. for rally courses. SRT10, Lightning, Typhoon, FX45, X5 4.8, ML and G55, Cayennes S and Turbo. Road-course tuned Nascar cars would be awesome as well.

How would sport trucks, mini or fullsize, ruin GT? apparently you don't really know what GT is all about... It's about realism and the expierence, not just having cool cars? C'mon, if you object to trucks, then you should be saying the the Escudo also has no place in GT, because it really doesn't. It handles like crap. and it sounds ridiculous (but sound has allways been a huge disapointment with the GT games). Why are you people afraid to drive something that might actually challenge you? It would add a whole new aspect to the game. It's not like we're asking for them to put in every truck ever made. I think it would be great to see a Silverado SS and SRT10 go at it, or i would love to just mod the heck out of a Silverado and blow the doors off some civics!!!

It's hillarious that people don't mind having Yarises, Civics, CL600s in the game, but start screaming murder the moment someone suggests that SRT10 should be included.

exactly!! racing is racing. and you know what else, if these people object to Trucks and 'Stock' cars, then they should be b*tching loudly about the F1 Cars!!!!!! what place do they have? they have their own games!! nothing else in the game, even modded all the way up can even compare to the all round performance of those things!!! YOU PEOPLE ARE HIPOCRITES!!!!

Funnily, only the Mercedes CL600 on your list deserves inclusion by right, since it's the only GT car in the list.

I regularly complain about having F1 cars in the GT series. They aren't GT cars. I don't mind the Yaris/Vitz or Civics because at least you can stuff four people in and drive them a long, long way (pretty much the ethos of a Gran Tourer, although usually you'd be needing a bigger engine and a poorer fuel economy, but hey).

So assuming you think the Yaris/Vitz, Civic, CL600 and F1 cars have no place in the game, why compromise the game any further by including vehicles which don't belong? Do two wrongs make a right? Oh look, they included a car I don't like - quick let's put helicopters in as well, since they don't belong either (and some of them have wheels too)...
