Way to put us a challenge Polyphony!.
Putting the Vazza Vauxhall in Apricot Hill. That car sucks so much on this track that it often lose rpm power on the uphills.

I haven't tried a whole lot, but so far I have no golds on the s-license. It's tough, and the lines the demo takes are lines I would never take while in an actual race (too risky or too much drift), so I have to go against my natural racing style a little. I'll give it another try when I get some free time.

Meh. I got all-golds twice (correctly termed a "Terry's" :D). Properly, mind... :D

Probably the key to this particular test is to not brake from T1 until you reach the bottom hairpin, between T2 and T3. If you can keep your speed up through the first complex, you're laughing.

What Famine said. A correct line w a minimum of skidding and full throttle between t1 and bottom hairpin is the key to gold here.

I have found out, that If I brake later and put my rear right tire on the rumble in the first corner, I will pass that curve with far better speed, but doing it takes practice.

You'll get it tercel.. Just keep trying.

btw how's it going with collecting the data? did you get results from all 24 racers?

I cant even get it all even in bronze im still working on ONE RACE I CANT BEAT THE DAMN VIPER!! OTher then that i beat them all beside the last one because i cant beat the **** viper :banghead:

Getting all Golds is HARD. I have Gold on 4 of them. rest are Bronze I think. Some seem almost impossible, I think my driving style is too aggressive.

I've obtained all golds 4 times now; see my signature. The viper was not a big deal to me. But, I love FR cars when I play GT3, so I guess I'm more use to them than you. So here is some pointers.

Run your attempt against the "Demo." This way you can see where on the course you need to improve. Don't accelerate to heavly around the turns. If you hear your tires screaching, you're loosing traction and you're getting a much slower time. Brake much sooner than the demo when you get to the corkscrew. I can easly get a two car length jump on the demo at this turn. Remember to accelerate very easy at this turn.

I hope this helps. Good luck, and always remember to continue your attempts. Don't stop and try it later. Somehow, your car runs quicker the closer you get to the gold time. If you start over, your car runs slower for some odd reason.

I cant beat the final GT-One exam?
I watched the demo and tried to copy the computers line but i cant on the final two corners if i do i just end up drifting into the far wall or spinning out of control?

This one is the easiest S license test to get gold for. My best time is 1:26:707, and you need 1:31 to get gold.

Don't press so hard on the button. Remember, the buttons are pressure sensative. If you smoke the tires when you accelerate, you are pressing too hard. Reduce the pressure and accelerate more smoothly. Do NOT follow the demo's example, it's not a very good run. That's all you need to know.

Grimus doesn't. He's in Ireland, which means he's probably on a PAL/Europe game. He needs 1'28.700 or better to get gold.

Yeah, I forgot to check where he's from. Sorry about that.
