massive heartbreak
GSX-600R RM - 7'03.736 with a crash

 :irked: :banghead: :boggled: 🤬 :yuck: :ouch:

at 190mph, the front wheel went air born over a bump, hit a curb, lost controll and went down in the final section of the track :scared:

i was up 9.5 seconds over my last lap (7'07 something iirc) and then was +6 at the line :(

ill post my set up/form if anyone wants it?

Can you post your check point times? I'm interested to see where I'm losing the most time.... thanks

7'01.278 - yzf-r6 rm

i need to double check it for cleanliness though.

the gsxr has much better handling here though the r6 has the power to keep up. with the gsxr, if the engine doesnt sound like its working hard, youre not in the power band. heh.

*crash* both wheels off ground, before i thought it was just the front that lifted and caused the crash
s/f 7'03.736

you can see im more comfortable with the gsxr chassis/brakes, but, theres no dening the R6s superior top end. comparing those two times, the gsxr *would* have been a sub 7 if the crash hadnt happened.

~2 seconds ahead of the r6 at t11 which would have put me at a 6'59.5 (or close enough)

I chose the Kawi, because it's only 2kg heavier than the R6, but 4hp stronger... So it's not that big of a difference, besides that... I'm an absolute Kawasaki fan, and I love the ZX-6R's shape and performance... So since none of you seem very fond of the green beauty, I take her on then...

My best was a 7'11:*** On the Kawi, no crashes, but I'm still tweaking the suspenssion ((Bound and Rebound)) for best performance, plus I was on a roll the other day, lowering from 7'20, 7'15 and managed a 7'10... But my gf keeps being on the phone and doesn't give me break, so most times I'm running a lap, and it upsets me, breaks my rhytm...

I'll give it shot tomorrow morning when she's not bothering me...

I personally am a Suzuki fan but chose the R6 because it gave me my best time in round one even though I think the GSXR could have gotten me a better time at Suzuka. Oh well, I guess I'll stick to the same bike to and through. That was the idea anyhow.

I'm ready to rip the hair out of my head, oh wait, I'm bald... Damn!!! Okay, so far my best time is a 7'10.245. It seems to be looking like with the exception of ES, the rest of us are going to come down to tenths of seconds. But I think I'm going to quit here. I don't know. I'll post my final time by the deadline, but I'm not expecting anything...

Well, this round will be closed today at midnight... Next round will be posted by...Since I picked 1st stage, 750F-RM picked too... and Geo did too correct? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Let's give next round to empty space, you call the next stage...

I'm pushing for 7'09 but it's hard to get in the rhytm now days...

me? erm, okay ... weve been to tsukuba, suzuka, nordschleife and now were off to the spainsh track valencia. thats the only other real world track i really like besides the nordschlefie, just dont expect me to be that fast here :P
