That little drawing of the exterior reminds me a lot of an Alfa Romeo, especially with the white wheels. Everything else on the car though looks like it was done by a fanboy with Photoshop.
I wouldn't put too much faith into the article.

Does Honda even know how to make an All Wheel Drive system? Has it ever built one?

You're kidding? The 1985-1991 Civic Wagons could be equipped with 4wd, the 1st gen JDM Integra was also available with 4wd, the JDM/European Accord Wagon also was equipped with 4wd during the mid 90s, and, of course, the CR-V/Pilot/MDX. Of course it's not like on a Jeep, but all 4 wheels will spin at once.
And turbos? Please, where have you guys been? You've never heard of the City Turbo? Remember the Turbo Era in Formula 1, back in the 1980s? Honda dominated it. And, of course CART manufacturer's champion from 1996 to 2001 (yes, that's 6 years straight).
So yes, they have turbo experience.

The hood scoop on the car in that article comes from a Mustang... Draw your own conclusions.

No point in turboing the 4cl when you have a larger V6 already pushing 240.

True, but the car supposedly getting turbocharged is actually the "rest-of-world" Accord, meaning the US-market Acura TSX, which is sold without a V6. Frankly, 50bhp more and AWD would be a huge help for it for real competition against Jaguar, Audi, BMW, etc.
Maybe. I find "Real-Time 4wd" to be the biggest sucker scam in history - at least it's only $400 extra on the CR-V.
