Just for the heck of it, I tried it earlier today. What a mess. I tend to roll out of the brake anyways so the technique isn't particularly foreign, but it's still very difficult. I'm sure with enough practice you can get your marks and points down to a reasonable science, but correction is where it get's super sketchy. I only imagine it's more manageable with pedals and a wheel since you have more to go on to feel what the car is doing. Brake balance becomes even more pronounced w/o ABS on the controller. I'll stick to ABS1, otherwise Ill be lucky to stay on track for 3 straight laps. I did manage a 2:08 though, which I felt was fairly respectable.
