1.how do i get 100,000,000 cp?
2.for one of the wanderers you need a 1980 car. which car is a 1980 car? idk where it says the year?:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
 
1) Cheat. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but that's the only way to do it. The credit counter, if you're unfortunate enough to try to earn so much, stops at 999,999,990 cp. They limited the counter for english versions, I suppose to compact the code elsewhere, so that means you need a gameshark or codebreaker or something.

2) I don't believe the years are listed anywhere, but you should be able to recognize a car from the '80s on your own. However, I'll try to give you help: The Sprinter Trueno, Corolla Levin, Subaru Alcyone, Izuzu Piazza, the Mitsubishi Lancer 1600, will all do the job. Basically, though, you could probably look at a car and see if it's from the '80s, because that's the time when the boxiest-looking cars existed.
 
i need license plate plate

for wanderer296 you need license plate R6-C3 i dont know what license plate that is. i even read the license plate help section but that didnt help. can someone give me step-by-step insrtuctions for plate # R6-C3?
 
Um maybe I am late and all but how can i beat whirlwind fanfare?

I have Gameshark 2 on hand and don't know how to use too well any pointers for this noob?

I only have in the game 99,999,990 CP and I have been trying to find alternative ways to beat it but no use except the cheat for 100,000,000 CP which i can't get.

Please help!!!

does anyone know if there is a way to change your license plate after you bought your car, cuz I don't want to by extra cars, just so I can meet the license plate requirements for some of the wanderers.

If you play in analog stick PS2 in your slim or fat PS2 console, go to Car Change modes and press any car that your will to choose, then press box in your input and done, you can now adjust the license plate

Dang, that's sound hectic for you but does the Cheat like Gameshark 2 allows to have 100 millions CP or only limited in 99 millions? I guess you need to grind by a bit like beating your nearest rival or if lucky enough, you can rematch with bosses that was in routes depends on stage, sure you may be close to 100 but tries to fight for one more March against the beaten rival and you done, if you beat the defeated rival and earned 1k or 2k plus depends on what types of rival, then you were closest to 100,simple right? For example

1,280+1,280 counts in 10 or 11 times mean, you can earn about 10,240 per average of win combo you had with rivals plus their bonus
